IMPECCABLE SERVICE!!! My experience with Absolute Auto Glass began in Spring of 2020. Upon purchasing my first car (‘16 Civic) the rear defroster was inoperable due to a past owner removing tint, Absolute Auto Glass took great care of my car and replaced the back glass for me and ensured the rear defroster was working well. Fast forward a year later, Spring 2021, and I began to notice small leak from the rain channel on my rear window into my trunk. I contacted Absolute Auto Glass via phone, showed video/images of the issue via email and dropped the car off for a repair all to pick it up within 6 hours of my first contact with them on that same day! This goes to show their level of professionalism and honorability. I was in contact with both owners, Steve and Casey, and was immediately impressed with the quality of service and the guarantee to stand by their work. They defend their company’s name. They are personable and take pride in what they do as well as their companies reputation. For any and all glass issues/questions I urge you to definitely give them a call. They always answer, always call you back and always check their email. Name another (auto) company that meets this trifecta. I’ve been using absolute AutoGlass at my current work for the past three years now. They come out to my work to work on vehicles for windshield replacement, repairs and rear glass replacements with vehicles in the shop I work at. They’ve replaced windshields in two of my personal vehicles. I can’t say anything but amazing things about them. I recommend anyone when they ask to go to them. They book out about two-three business days even now with everything with covid. They go above and beyond for all their customers. The entire process was smooth — they were clear, communicative, and professional from start to finish. Safelight was my original shop to replace the glass, but they said they would not be able to help. That's when I found absolute auto glass.. Well, that turned out to be a good thing, great people reasonable and very straightforward. My 1/4 rear window was broken, and we were unable to order a new one, so I need it to get one from a salvage yard. Once I had the window, the work was performed fast and tourough. I have had the pleasure of having the pros at Absolute Auto Glass replace the windshield in my 2017 Kia Sportage twice now over the past 6 months - they have been fair, fast, and pleasant both times. It almost - almost - makes me hope a third, and possibly a fourth, freak occurrence breaks my windshield so I can enjoy their services again. But let me reiterate: that’s just “almost”. 😁

This my second time using Absolute Auto Glass and once again they've done a great job. First time was for a sunroof replacement on my 2011 Subaru Forester STI which not many vendors do. This time the sunroof and windshield for the Forester. Both times I've scheduled an appointment to wait with the vehicle. Very easy to work with. I would highly recommend them if you have a need.

Absolute Auto Glass was excellent with an excellent price to match! They even removed a bunch of rust for me and let me chill in their waiting area while watching the Discovery Channel because I didn't have a ride other than my vehicle that was having the windshield replaced. They were awesome and all very nice!

So, this reputable company has been doing my windshields for many, many years. Always the best price, top quality service and almost always less than 24 hour turn around, not to mention their pens are such a nice freebie! P.S. this is an owner run and ran business! Be kind, this is no easy task!

Fantastic place. Had a hard time getting insurance to cover OEM + Calibration, but Steve got it done in only a few days. Because of the cars features an OEM windshield is recommended by manufacturer, Steve was able to get them to cover it. Easy to work with. Fast quality work. Nice people. A+
