IMPECCABLE SERVICE!!! My experience with Absolute Auto Glass began in Spring of 2020. Upon purchasing my first car (‘16 Civic) the rear defroster was inoperable due to a past owner removing tint, Absolute Auto Glass took great care of my car and replaced the back glass for me and ensured the rear defroster was working well. Fast forward a year later, Spring 2021, and I began to notice small leak from the rain channel on my rear window into my trunk. I contacted Absolute Auto Glass via phone, showed video/images of the issue via email and dropped the car off for a repair all to pick it up within 6 hours of my first contact with them on that same day! This goes to show their level of professionalism and honorability. I was in contact with both owners, Steve and Casey, and was immediately impressed with the quality of service and the guarantee to stand by their work. They defend their company’s name. They are personable and take pride in what they do as well as their companies reputation. For any and all glass issues/questions I urge you to definitely give them a call. They always answer, always call you back and always check their email. Name another (auto) company that meets this trifecta.
