Anthony and staff are knowledgable and a pleasure to work with. I chose Anthony Volk Glass because when I originally called, Anthony was the only windshield replacement provider who took the time to explain how windshields are constructed to reassure me it wont collapse on me. They replaced my windshield on my Rav4, were 30 minutes early to the appointment at my house, and were finished within 45 minutes. The windshield looks fantastic, couldn't be happier. Some paint pulled off when they removed the tape that was securing the windshield to the roof while it dried, and unfortunately the roof needed to be repainted. Anthony made it so easy to get the car fixed, he handled the payment and was a joy to work with through this unfortunate incident. I genuinely recommend this company if you need an affordable and convenient windshield fix. Working with a business that actually cares about each interaction with a customer is better than a corporation who doesn't. Can't go wrong.

Five stars. Anthony came in well below the estimate I received from the nationally advertised company with the catchy jingle. Speaking to my auto dealer about calibrating the Lane Keeping Assist feature that would be required after replacing a windshield, they warned me about companies (such as the national company I just mentioned) not putting in the correct glass that might affect that feature. However, when I mentioned Anthony Volk Glass, they assured me that I had nothing to worry about and he was the person to go to. Again, they said this after I already found Anthony and got an estimate from him. They did not refer me to him. Seeing also how well reviewed he was on google, I didn't have any reservations about him replacing my windshield. I never even met Anthony in person and communicated directly with him through e-mail and phone through the whole process. He worked with my schedule and I felt that he really made my car a priority. I dropped the car off after business hours and picked my car up after business hours with no issues at all. It was completed when he said it was going to be completed and I paid what he originally estimated. And the windshield replacement is absolutely terrific. He used factory glass and even put the registration stickers/toll pass back where they were! I hope people who need windshield services in the Chester County area use Anthony Volk Glass exclusively.

I can't begin to express how happy I was working with Anthony. I have a 2024 Jaguar F-Type R, one of the last built and brought to the United States and one of the last done in British Racing Green. I modify most all of my cars, and an option that had been deleted for the cars in 2024 US-market cars was the heated windshield. I purchased one and had an installer local to me put it in. The gasket was installed wrong, urethane held the gasket down incorrectly elsewhere, and the gaps were not even. Then, I found they put a gouge into my paint and scratched the panoramic roof. I was gutted. I spoke to a dealer with whom I have a relationship, and they suggested that, if I were to replace those damaged glass panels that I should reach out to Anthony Volk to do so. They said he works in conjunction with their Jaguar/Land Rover dealer, but also even with manufacturers to include exotics like McLaren. I sourced OEM glass, and Anthony performed the install. I can't tell you how happy I am. Good gaps, clean lines, gaskets fitted properly. He took his time, knowing I am particular about the car. He was careful of surrounding trim. He called and discussed things as he performed the work. Anthony may be 2+ hours from me, but he'll be my only glass guy from here on out. I'll travel for expertise, and that's what he provides.

For anyone in the Philadelphia area, West Chester specifically I would highly recommend using Anthony Volk Glass for Glass replacement on your car. I have used them 3 times for different cars over the years and their quality of work, attention to detail and the whole approach to protecting the car/paint when the installing the glass always exceeds my expectations. Just got the rear windshield done on the CGTS rear hatch as part of a project and couldn’t be more pleased. One could say that installing a front windscreen or rear windshield is no big deal but with a car like the M3 that’s equipped with a heads up display it’s easy to get it crooked and they got it 100% level with no adjustment needed after install. This was 3 years ago on the M3 with no issues after. The owner is really honest, courteous and easy to deal with. He only quotes the time it takes for the install. Their pricing is half of what a dealership charges and the interesting thing is that the dealer themselves outsource the job to speciality glass shops while making money as the middleman. Locally these guys install glass for Mclaren Philly and other high end cars so dealing with car enthusiasts as myself is nothing new for them. Just my recommendation incase anyone has a Glass replacement need in the future.

On my way to work, a dump truck merged in front of me and proceeded to spit out tiny rocks. I tried to break to move out of the range of the tiny bullets, but it was too late. One jumped up and hit my windshield scratching and chipping it in several locations. I called 4 places to find someone to seal/repair. One said I had to completely replace because it wouldn't pass inspection (liars), 2 could come out in a week and repair for well over $100 and then I spoke to Anthony. I explained the situation and he quoted me a little more than half of what the others quoted and could come out in 2 days. I made the appointment and actually had to change the time because I forgot about another appointment. Anthony was very accommodating given my error, came to my work and fixed the issue in about 10-15 minutes. He even charged me less than quoted because it was an easier fix than what I had described. It was so nice to deal with a company/individual that is honest. I don't write a ton of reviews, but I wanted to make sure that anyone looking for glass repair/replacement knew the best person to call.

I visited Anthony Volk Glass in West Chester, PA this week to fix the side window on the hardtop for a 2005 Jeep Wrangler TJ that I am restoring. My appointment was for 8 AM. Upon my arrival I was greeted by a receptionist who was expecting me and knew my name and purpose for the visit. Promptly at 8 AM, a specialist named Brian introduced himself and we spoke about the leak on the side window. He immediately recognized that some shabby repair work had been done previously by someone else. Brian drives a Jeep Wrangler also and so I immediately felt that I was in good hands. He clearly knows the work involved in making sure the glass is sealed properly and will not leak. I met Anthony also and he was great. In the workshop that morning was a vintage Porsche 911, a brand new Land Rover and my Jeep. The location is ideal, just off of Rte. 202 near the WCU Cottrell Center. My window looks new! First time customer for a windshield replacement on my Mazda. After much research on regional auto glass shops and being scared away from Safelite by horror stories, I selected AVG based on their stellar reviews. I also figured if they have clients like McLaren, they'd probably handle my Mazda pretty well. They did not disappoint. Two technicians (including the co-owner) did the replacement at my home and were on time for their appointment. They were professional, friendly, meticulous, and even took the time to explain, step by step, what they were doing and why. It's pretty clear they take pride in their work and don't take short cuts. They also warranty their work for the lifetime of the vehicle. The total cost was true to their estimate to the penny, and was actually substantially lower than estimates I received from elsewhere (e.g. safelite, dealership, etc.). No mobile service fee, no disposal fees. If the need ever arises again, they will be the first people I call. Easily the best glass shop in the region.

If you need auto glass repairs - emergency or otherwise - you MUST choose Anthony Volk Glass! My 4 yo son dropped a rock from our 2nd story deck onto the sunroof of our 4Runner and shattered it completely 🥴🤦🏼‍♀️. I called AVG after hours and by 7:40 the next morning, I received a call to get an appointment set up! We wanted to get quotes from Safelite and the dealership from which we purchased our car and neither of them called us back until days after our initial call! I reached out to Anthony Volk to replace the windshield on my 2023 Cadillac CT5 after it suddenly broke. I’ve used other companies in the past and nobody reassured me of the process and that everything would be back to normal as much as they did. They used a an OEM windshield and nothing needed reset or recalibrated. The office manager Patti was amazing to deal with and handled everything for me. They were quick, attentive and honestly the best customer service I’ve ever dealt with. Even inspection stickers were transferred and saved me a trip to the dealership. I’m OCD about almost everything and they exceeded my expectations. I live in Lancaster and will travel there anytime I need work done in the future. Customer for life. Thank you!

I have had two interactions with Anthony and his company and on both occasions the exceeded my expectations. The first job was to replace the heavily scratched countertops of two jewelry cases in my boutique. He and his team were on time, prepared, had professional appearances, and were conscience that my shop was open for business. The job was done quickly and they left no mess whatsoever. The second occasion was more of an emergency when a display fell and shattered the glass top of another case. Within 24 hours he measured and ordered the glass. it was installed with a few days, and again in a professional manner all around. I would highly recommend this business.
