My experience at Safelite was very good. I was given several options for an appointment, the associate at the service center was friendly and polite and the waiting area was spacious and clean. They had coffee, and bottled water in a fridge! They took my car in immediately and the replacement was completed in half the time they had told me to expect. The person who did the work came out and fully explained what he had done. They worked with my insurance company directly, so I didn't have to do anything other than show up (although, of course, I had called my insurance provider first). My only "con" is that their commercials say "we will come to you wherever you are", but when I called for an appt I was told that I had to come to them because the work had to be done in a controlled environment. Fortunately that wasn't a problem for me since I'm retired (and they were fairly close), but I do think their commercials are misleading. Other than that, an excellent experience.

I had a cracked windshield that needed to be replaced upon searching. I decided to give this new safelite location just opened in July 2024. It has a state of the art four bay technician facility. My appointment was for 11 a.m., and when I arrived within 5 minutes, the repairs began. Teddy, the technician, explained how long the process would take and took great care of my vehicle. I posted photos of the details of the work he performed AAA+ work. The lobby offers free wifi & coffee while you wait. You can also find board games if you like to wait.

Professional service with constant communication throughout the entire process at Safelite Auto. Teddy was an amazing service technician who installed my windshield. He explained everything to me to protect the installation. I was told it would take up to an hour and a half. It was a little over an hour. While you wait, they have a very nice waiting area with tv, water and coffee as well as Wi-Fi. Located next to Fridays in Dickson was also a plus for anyine that would rather go and eat. Great experience!

I don’t have enough space to list all the great things I have to say about this company! To keep it short—everyone from the technicians to the office staff was efficient, friendly, approachable, hardworking, professional, and courteous. We had a small hiccup with billing, and it was handled quickly and without any hassle. The team was right on top of it and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!

Safelite replaced my windshield quickly and professionally, but what really impressed me was the above-and-beyond service. While I was waiting for my car, the manager personally drove me to pick up my mom at the store—completely unexpected and incredibly kind. The whole team was friendly, efficient, and genuinely helpful. Highly recommend Safelite for both their excellent work and exceptional customer care!

Overall my experience was good but the worst part was the WiFi signal. I had to wait for my windshield to be done so I was planning on watching a show on my phone and it took a while to connect and honestly kinda made me sad because I didn’t have anyone to come and pick me up so I had to sit and wait. Other than that the service was great and it took about half the time I was told it would take.

Teddy did great work efficiently on our chip repair, very friendly and explained everything. Trish was so helpful checking us in, making us feel comfortable and helping us know what to expect. She helped us save money by going through insurance as well. Through emails, it felt good they were letting us know what to do and they had photos of different kinds of repairs, very informative Thank you!
