I was the first stop for the tech and it was a cold winter day. The tech was very friendly and professional. The service was spot on with the best price that I compared with 6 different companies. I was paying out of pocket and using them saved me over a $100. If the product hold up as good as the service I recommend them to anyone. Also have a lifetime warranty on service. CANT BEAT IT.

While being stuck in roadwork on my way out of town, a rock flew off of a construction vehicle, hit my back, side window, and shattered it. I called everywhere to see if I could get a new window put in asap, because I was supposed to be headed to the beach. Of course, every place I called said it was impossible because of the make of my car, it would take days to even get a window in. I called First Class Auto Glass and the guy said, come right over and we will get it figured out. When I got there, I was shown the piece of glass and was told they had to go to Wilkes-Barre for it but he got it! Then to top it off, I know I wasn’t charged close to what it should have been and when I said something about it, He said “Don’t worry about it, go enjoy your vacation”. It is very rare these days to come across people whom aren’t trying to nickel and dime you and who go above and beyond when providing services!! My husband took in my car while on I was on vacation anf when i came back i motices several things I was not happy about. When I went into the repair store the manager didn't disagree with anything I said, calmed my nerves completely, sided with me on everything. He was outstanding. They took the time to find a different make of glass for my car and offered for a rep to come to the house so I wouldn't have to come in again (a service I didn't initially pay for). When the gentlemen came out he was great also! Extremely helpful, paid attention to every detail, answered and explained every questipn and concern of mine. The second windshield looks exactly like the first and the level of perfectionism is unmatched. He watched all the windows and vacuumed the front of the car in addition to a terrific install job (I forgot to mention this was all done outside in 90+ degree weather with not an inch of shade)! I had a shaky start with safelite but a solid ending. Their customer care and honor to their warranty without question is something you don't see often!

My experience at Safelite was very good. I was given several options for an appointment, the associate at the service center was friendly and polite and the waiting area was spacious and clean. They had coffee, and bottled water in a fridge! They took my car in immediately and the replacement was completed in half the time they had told me to expect. The person who did the work came out and fully explained what he had done. They worked with my insurance company directly, so I didn't have to do anything other than show up (although, of course, I had called my insurance provider first). My only "con" is that their commercials say "we will come to you wherever you are", but when I called for an appt I was told that I had to come to them because the work had to be done in a controlled environment. Fortunately that wasn't a problem for me since I'm retired (and they were fairly close), but I do think their commercials are misleading. Other than that, an excellent experience.
