While being stuck in roadwork on my way out of town, a rock flew off of a construction vehicle, hit my back, side window, and shattered it. I called everywhere to see if I could get a new window put in asap, because I was supposed to be headed to the beach. Of course, every place I called said it was impossible because of the make of my car, it would take days to even get a window in. I called First Class Auto Glass and the guy said, come right over and we will get it figured out. When I got there, I was shown the piece of glass and was told they had to go to Wilkes-Barre for it but he got it! Then to top it off, I know I wasn’t charged close to what it should have been and when I said something about it, He said “Don’t worry about it, go enjoy your vacation”. It is very rare these days to come across people whom aren’t trying to nickel and dime you and who go above and beyond when providing services!! Highly recommended!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️PositivePunctuality, Quality, Professionalism, ValueServicesAuto side window replacement

Definitely recommend this shop Jeff is a down to earth cool dude who knows what he is doing. He was out on a job when I 1st called and said he'd call me back and he called me back that same day & squeezed me right in to his busy schedule he also took the time to explain things to me as well as answer all the questions I had in regards to my cracked windshield. He got right to work and was done in no time. While I and my sis were waiting he chatted with us bout the history of his shop and how he came about opening, he also shared with us the historical ties the area has with Anthracite coal and the coal mines and allowed us behind the counter to watch videos about it. I was very pleased with his fast and efficient work that also comes with a hefty warranty (super bonus) & will definitely use him again for any future glass issues 😊

So you don't find people willing to take time out of their day like this anymore. I happen to be restoring an old GTO and while researching auto glass installation I came across a YouTube video Jeff did. In it he referenced a kit they used to sell. I contacted him and unfortunately they don't sell the kit any longer (due to forces out of their control). Well Jeff was super busy but promised to call me back with info on alternatives. True to his word he called and explained what to use, what not to use and some tips on install. Mind you this is not earning his company any money as he is providing this advice for free. Absolutely great person and very knowledgeable. If I lived in PA and not Indiana I would for sure use First Class Auto Glass to do my glass install.

I had to replace my back quarter glass for a subaru. I was getting quoted at over 400 dollars at every local glass shop. Jeff directed me to call a used auto parts business or a junkyard to try to get one for a better price. I found one and later that day was able to bring my car and the glass in to have it replaced. In total it probably only took about 20mins and he only charged 40 dollars. The total cost for me was only 100 dollars for the window and installment! Definitely will go to first class again if I ever need to replace a window!

I would not recomend this guy I went to replace my windshield and it started leaking when it rained. Tried to get in touch with him to have it fixed and he didnt answer and then wasnt at the shop when he said he would be there. Finally got the leak fixed and then it startes leaking in a different spot. Overall the experience was terrible. He is pushy and rude on the phone. Obviously doesnt want to do his job well. Now have to find someone else to fix this guys mistake because i know ill never get an answer if i call him.

When I first got my windshield shattered from a collision, I was recommended this place. Jeff, the owner, is amazing! He updated me on my car in the shop and even sent me pictures of the progress! When a rock hit my windshield and cracked it, I knew immediately where to go to. Not only did he let me watch him work, he also explained the whole process step by step and shared his knowledge on glass with me. It’s rare to find a business that cares that much!ServicesAuto windshield replacement

Jeff himself is first class above all others. His attention to detail is top notch. He’s replaced several windows for me on a few vehicles I can’t even began to tell you how exceptional his service is from fast scheduling to excellent work he has done. If you have any glass issues don’t hesitate to call jeff at first class glass. Again price was the best in the area and the job was first class.PositiveProfessionalism

Recently went to First Class Auto Glass to replace windshield of my Toyota Camry and the work was done with perfection. The price was much lesser than other places. The behavior of the owner was very nice, he was really helpful and did the work in very quickly. Overall I had a great experience and glad that I found this place. Thank you 😊

The owner, Jeffrey Gretz, is very kind and takes the time to explain how he is going to fix your broken glass. My left wing mirror had been broken and he was finished fixing it in minutes. I hope I never have another incident where I needed glass, but if I did I would not even think of going anywhere else.
