Would highly recommend Ken and AutoGlass Works! I will admit that I came in right before closing time and in a little bit of a panic after the rear view mirror fell off of my windshield, but Ken was so patient, calm, and helpful. He explained everything and went out of his way to help me. And the mirror came out perfectly!

Their rate was much lower than the national brands and I would always prefer to support a local business. They communicated very well, showed up on time and the work looks to be done professionally and includes a lifetime warranty. They did the install while I was working, not sure what more you can ask for.

Two of my windows on my new Nissan Rogue were smashed by a burglar. There was glass everywhere. I had had a bad experience with Safelight so I called Ken at Auto glass works and he assured me that he would be there the next day to replace the glass and would do a great job. Guaranteed. Well, that is not what happened. He and his helper sonewaht removed the broken glass and fitted in the new pieces and they told me they removed all of the loose glass that they could. When the window was moved up and down you could hear glass crunching. He said that glass was in the gears and wouldn't come out. Since then when you shut the doors that had the broken glass, they sound like a morracca and loose glass sometimes falls from the bottom of the door! I am beyond upset and Ken has still nit come to fix it. I will never feel comfortable recommending his service but this is ridiculous! Do not call them! Go anywhere else! He only half heartedly cleaned up the glass in the car too. Ridiculous! I am very sad.if I could rate 0 stars I would.

My sister and I were 10 minutes away from the hotel for a getaway when our windshield was damaged by a rock. Called the "national brand" who could not fit us into their schedule for at least 3 days, unlike what commercials imply. Called Ken at Auto Glass Works and he was here within a couple of hours of the call. Awesome man -and assistant- who treated us two ladies with kindness and professionalism. They made sure that the job was done right, and the cost was more than 100 dollars less than the "national brand" had quoted. We can't thank them enough, and recommend them highly!

Unfortunately with all the highway driving we do, we've had need for their services multiple times in the last 3 yrs but these guys are awesome! They are quick, extremely professional, courteous, thorough, and affordable. They're completely mobile so they come to wherever you are and they charge half of what SafeLite charges. So if unfortunately you need your windshield replaced or repaired, FORTUNATELY there's AutoGlass Works.

Had a crack in the windshield that was too large to repair. Called a couple places (SafeLite was one) and got a quick quote over the phone from Kenny at AutoGlass Works. Went with them because they're all mobile, which means they come to your home (or wherever you want, I guess) to repair/replace your windshield. I wasn't home, but my wife said the guys were friendly and were done in about an hour. New windshield looks great!

This auto glass company is far the best out there they take pride in there work compared to big chain competitors , it's hard to find a shop you can trust to do a good job, they installed a window in my truck and fixed things even a big name company wouldn't. I rate this place 5 stars and would recommend them. Thank you Autoglass works llc

Had my car door window smashed in,called insurance and they suggested Safelite I received a quote which was outrageous.I decided to call AutoGlass for a quote and they beat Safelites price by over $100!! They came to the house and had it fixed in less than an hour.Will use them again if I ever need to.Highly recommend this company.

Called multiple other places and some said they did not have the rear windshield I needed replaced, safelite quoted me over $900. They were able to come and do it in under an hour, were very friendly, and did it for no where close to what safelite quoted. Definitely recommend!
