I had a great experience from scheduling through to the new window. Short wait times on the phone, I was able to get scheduled within 2 bus days of my call. I ended up not being able to get my window replaced right away do to damage we hadn’t seen. The installer was knowledgeable in where and how to get this work done and I was able to reschedule for the next day! The installer called to make sure we were ready to go the next morning. Initially had to reschedule due to the new windshield breaking before they could transport it to replace mine. They were able to accommodate my schedule to do the work on my day home which was a whole week from the initial appointment. They called ahead, performed the work professionally, were friendly, and explained I should wait to drive the car for a few hours. This info might be helpful beforehand to others. I had one of the most professional services I ever had by any company. They called when in route. The gentleman looked at the crack he was very honest and said it may not work because of the spider lines. I said ok he said let's try it and see if it cracks or dont work we will give you a credit towards the windshield replacement. And he tried it and it actually worked he was fantastic. I would highly recommend! They were great with communication, super fast, and the best price in the area without sacrificing quality. **Edit**: pulling back to 4 stars. A few months down the road, the clips under the plastic strips that hold in my windshield became loose and now won’t stay clipped in. Never had that issue before the windshield repair so it leads me to believe it was faulty install. They were earlier than scheduled. Rather early than late so thats good. They did the job quickly and smoothly. My only complaint which isn't really a complaint, more of a criticism, was that they use a small vacuum to clean up any glue, paper pieces or shoe dirt, but really was no big deal.
