I brought my RV here and showed Casey the work that I needed done to my windshield. It was pushed out of place. I was told by Casey that they were going to completely remove both windshields from my RV, clean all of the old glue and gunk off from around the frame where the windshields sit, place new glue and then put the windshields back in place. I paid him $1300 to do this. When my daughter and I get there to pick the RV up, we noticed suction cup marks on both of the windshields. So, after working on my windshield, he couldn't even have the common courtesy to clean it after? Leaving proof, he didn't do what he promised he would do. I make it not even 3 miles down the street when the windshield popped right back out. Yes, Casey told me eventually this would happen again, but he made it sound like years from now, not 5 minutes into driving down the street. I tried to let it go and not start anything though because Casey was going to talk to the insurance company for me about the one corner of the windshield frame being bent out of shape. I paid $1300 for windshield repair that barely made it 5 minutes down the street so that's the least he can do for me, right? Well, he didn't. Every time the insurance company called to speak with Casey, he either wouldn't talk to them at all or gave them nothing but attitude, or straight up hung up on them. He practically stole $1300 for me for doing the bare minimum. Instead of pulling both of my windshields out like he said he would, and cleaning all the old glue out, he used suction cups to pull the windshields forward and put glue down over the old glue. EVERYONE BEWARE. He will promise to do all this work and charge handsomely for it, but really, he cuts every possible corner he can to do the BARE MINIMUM.

Update in response to the owner response. I am not Christine Sevco nor do I know who that is. I did not submit an inquiry on your website but instead opted to take my business elsewhere. If someone else was trying to reach your business at the same time then it's purely a coincidence. I was on the phone with my insurance company who called your business once while my daughter called your business only twice. You were rude and agressive on the phone and never mentioned that Saturdays are by appointment only. You did not ask for more professional and respectful communication but rather you immediately accused my daughter of spamming your phone without letting her speak. I can appreciate that you're a family run business but perhaps you should put some thought into your decision to keep your business phone on you while away from work if you don't want to be bothered. Original review: Tried giving the company businees to repair my shattering sunroof. I was on the line with my insurance company that was attempting to contact the business to verify coverage with State Farm. The site indicated that the business was open Saturday. We attempted several time to contact the office but received the message that "We currently are unavailable". Unavailable infers that they are in the office-not at a race track! Once someone finally answered our call they accused us of spamming their phone for 10 minutes while they were at a race track. The business should use a different phone rather than a personnel phone and correctly identify their business hours. Also treat your customers with respect.

My experience was mixed. It was more expensive than safe lite but I like supporting local businesses and they had good availability. They also say they’ll vacuum your entire car after replacing a window. I had my car broken into and they were kind to offer to store my car in a garage until they could replace it. Once it was replaced and I went to get it, I realized there was still a good amount of glass left in my car. My front also wasn’t vacuumed at all. I called and they weren’t able to have anyone fix it until the next day. He said I could come back and they’d re-vacuum, but that wouldn’t have been worth the time for me. He gave me a $20 refund but took a couple days to finally send it to me. I had to follow up a couple times. They did a good job with the window but I hope they do a better job providing the service I paid for and give a bigger refund if they don’t deliver.ServicesAuto side window replacement

My car had a water leak that I had been trying for months to fix: twice with my regular mechanic, twice with the dealer, with an excellent body shop, researching through a Toyota RAV4 forum, and trying myself. I kept hearing it could be the windshield and so I brought the car in even though I hadn't found evidence of a windshield leak. I would have paid for windshield replacement, no questions asked, but Casey tested and said it was fine. Then he offered to investigate further and quickly found the source: rodents had made a nest near my interior air cleaner, blocking a drain. I thought I might lose the car to rust before Casey saved it. I couldn't be more thankful.

I could not believe what incredible service I received here! After my insurance company sent me to Safelite and they completely botched the job, I kicked myself for not calling around for what I thought was a simple repair. I found Xtreme Autoglass and every step of the process was a dream. Super helpful on the phone, explained the answers to all my questions, and did a slam-dunk job in a fraction of the time the bozos at Safelite estimated to fix their mess. They fit me in quickly as well. I highly recommend their service and will be back if I have the unfortunate need to get another windshield repair or replacement.

I had initially had an appointment with another company. They only wanted to warrant the work for 30 days. I made a decision to call Casey at Xtreme Auto Glass, and boy am I glad I did. Casey gave me a very competitive price, and also warrants his work for life. When I arrived at my scheduled time, I got right in, and Jeremy and Casey installed my new rear window in under the time they said it would take. I’m very happy with how everything turned out, and I will be returning for business. Thank you Casey and Jeremy! 🇺🇸PositiveQuality, ProfessionalismServicesAuto rear window replacement

Excellent attention to detail. The folks at the shop had my bike completely overhauled. There were several unexpected issues that came to fruition, which Casey and his team handled with patience and precision. Throughout the experience I was updated with progress through photos and conversations. This gave me the confidence that my bike was in the hands of some true professionals. Now that we have crossed the finish line, my Yamaha has been transformed into the bike she once was. It is much appreciated what Casey and the team have done to get me up and running again.

I do 99% of my own work on my vehicles, but replacing my windshield was one job I could not tackle. Xtreme Autoglass Pros did an excellent job with my windshield replacement, and even found an existing issue stemming from a previous poor repair. They were prompt, easy to talk to, very open with scheduling and my conversation with the tech doing the repair (while doing the repair) was great! I cannot recommend them enough, they did and fantastic job and I will be going back for any windshield needs in the future!ServicesAuto windshield replacement

Very happy with our experience with Xtreme Auto glass Pros. My husband cracked his windshield pretty bad and I called around a few places to get estimates. Casey gave me an estimate quickly and because I called as they were getting parts, he was able to set up an appointment that day! We were very excited to have it fixed so my husband could drive his own car to work that night. Very happy with the result and very happy with the timing. We will definitely return!PositivePunctuality, Quality, Professionalism, ValueServicesAuto windshield repair
