Three stars is def for the service. Getting a windshield replaced I would def go here again. I submitted online and got a call quickly. They said they had spots immediately so I head down. A worker called and apologized within minutes his techs were out and scheduled me for next day. It was quick and painless. I went there and was explained it would still be visibile a little after the repair and it might need crack as they need to open it up more. OK, I have had several repairs done in the past on various cars. Even did some myself. The finished it nice and quick, and thats where the good ends. Unfortunately the crack is MUCH more visible than it was. When I took it to a mechanic for work(they don't repair windshields so not a case of trying to put down another shops work), they even commented that it was a bad repair job. I have had several always through another mobile company, they were convenient cause it was minutes away and they were about only 2/3 the cost. But in the future for a repair, I would go back to previous company and pay the extra. If I rated just service, it would be 5 star. Rating the repair alone would be 1 star.

This is the worst glass company I ever dealt with , they do not honor their warranty give you conflicting information , then decide they don’t want to help you with issues arising from their install , which they claim your warranties as long as you own the car , well let me tell you that was not the cases with my vehicle a 2016 535 I bmw , they gave me the run around and then I heard nothing from them , all of a sudden today I get an email that my issue was marked resolved and was closed out with no contact at all for weeks , they damaged my rear view mirror where the electrostatic fluid has been leaking it which was told to me by one of there techs , that the previous tech who installed my glass damaged it , then when I went to another facility since I moved to another state , they tris to say it was a gel pad after I was assured by a manager that my glass would be replaced , it never was neither was I contacted again , at this point I will contact my insurance company that paid them almost 1200.00 for my glass replacement , DO NOT USE AGN FOR ANY OF YOUR GLASS NEEDS BECAUSE THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT.

The customer service at Collegeville Auto Glass Now is absolutely unmatched - they are so understanding, more than willing to explain anything you need, and so helpful & quick! I was able to make an appointment for next day service. I would also like to point out, they are extremely honest with you - there was an issue with a part on my car (aluminum near the window got bent) and Tyler & Jen were totally upfront about the issue and called me to let me know immediately. They also called a dealership, ordered a new replacement part, and are able to have me come back to replace the accidentally damaged part free of charge. Any other business I've used for auto glass repair (usually safelite) would have tried to hide the mistake so they didn't have to pay to fix it. I was blown away with this level of customer service! I HIGHLY recommend this business! After shopping around to find windshield replacement that was a better option than paying our high deductible through insurance, we reached out to Auto Glass Now, and we were pleased to know they were local. We spoke with Tyler got an immediate quote, there was no wait and no fuss. He was very kind and offered us an appointment for the following day. We dropped off our vehicle that evening, left the keys in the dropbox and by 10am received a call that our vehicle was ready. And when we picked up our vehicle our E-ZPass was affixed, the inspection stickers were cut out with taped edges for safety and of course the star of the show a new windshield! I highly recommend Auto Glass Now. We needed a windshield replaced. This was actually the third place I tried to contact; one never responded to an online request for a quote, the other had a voicemail message saying they were only doing emergencies right now. At the recommendation of someone at my auto repair shop, I tried Auto Glass Now. I got an easy online quote which was reasonable. I called and was able to set an appointment for them to change the windshield at home. They called when they were on the way and changed the windshield in an hour. They even scraped the inspection stickers from the old and placed them on the new one. We couldn't be more pleased with the service.

My experience with Auto Glass Now was seamless! I received my quote- with tax included- and was delighted that it was 3/4 of the cost of any other quote I’d gotten! We were able to complete all correspondence through text, which was really helpful given my busy work schedule. The technician was very kind, and not at all judgmental of my mess of a vehicle. He had the work done in less than 45 minutes, and I have had no issues with the windshield. This company was professional and organized. The employee behind the counter named Tyler explained the whole process and was patient with me but especially my dad cause it was his vehicle getting a new windshield. My dad is an elder gentleman who has trouble hearing. When it was done they even pulled his vehicle up front at the entrance door he just walked out and drove away. Also want to thank the installer that night it rained hard went out the next day and not a single drop inside.

Very friendly, knowledgeable people, and you can call them. I had an appointment right away on the day I needed it done. They had the windshield done faster than I thought possible. The price was surprisingly good, I saved $1200 over the first quote I got. Hopefully I dont need a lot of windshields but these are now the go to company for our fleet vehicles. I have a 2021 Kia Sorento that needed a new windshield along with calibration. Scheduling the repair went great, and all of the information was provided and my questions answered. I dropped off my car and it was finished in 3 hours. It was nice working with a company that did what they said they were going to do, with nothing hidden or changed. I would recommend them to repair your windshield if needed!

The team is very professional, courteous and efficient. I dropped my car off at 8 AM, had a great breakfast one block away at the Collegeville Diner, by 9 AM as I was finishing my breakfast, I got a text message that my car was ready. Wow, Steve and his co-workers did a terrific job. The windshield was expertly installed as if it came off the factory production floor. I couldn't believe more satisfied!
