The customer service at Collegeville Auto Glass Now is absolutely unmatched - they are so understanding, more than willing to explain anything you need, and so helpful & quick! I was able to make an appointment for next day service. I would also like to point out, they are extremely honest with you - there was an issue with a part on my car (aluminum near the window got bent) and Tyler & Jen were totally upfront about the issue and called me to let me know immediately. They also called a dealership, ordered a new replacement part, and are able to have me come back to replace the accidentally damaged part free of charge. Any other business I've used for auto glass repair (usually safelite) would have tried to hide the mistake so they didn't have to pay to fix it. I was blown away with this level of customer service! I HIGHLY recommend this business!
