TLDR: collision Auto Glass replaces BMW windows, possible same day drop-off/pick-up, works with insurance, is professional, nice and all around pretty awesome. Sunday October 11th after 10PM, my car got broken into while I was at work and my driver side window was smashed in. Monday morning I called about 8 auto glass places and they either didn't work on BMWs or scheduled weeks out due to COVID19. Collision Auto Glass answered their phone AND worked on BMWs!! They got me in the same day and if it was not for me working until 11PM I could have had the car back by 2PM the same day. The next morning I pick up the car at 8AM, I have a $1000 deductible for my insurance so I had to pay out of pocket, oh well I guess. The wonderful people at Collision Auto Glass even vacuumed my vehicle! I have to go back in and get the motor fixed but while we wait for the part I need to use the car to get to work. All in all it was $230 for the window and $330 to replace the window motor, this includes parts and labor. Not bad compared to having to go to the dealership or waiting for a few weeks to get it replaced! When I brought the car in, I had yet to clean out the broken glass due to the rains we had though I did sweep the majority of it out and placed down sheets over the seats to prevent cuts and scrapes. I even drove it home on the I5 freeway for 30min on the way home the night the window was broken while pouring down rain.PositivePunctuality, Quality, Professionalism, ValueServicesAuto power window repair, Auto side window replacement

On my way back from the sunstone mines in SE Oregon, a rock hit my windshield due to chip sealing on Highway 20. Annoyed but not surprised, I stopped by a shop in Bend and he said, "Yeah, that can't be fixed... here's the name and number of a guy in Portland." So I called and it rang and rang and rang; not even an option to leave a voicemail. Desperate and short on time because I knew a crack was in my future, I chose the first place on Yelp with good reviews. I'm so glad I did! Mike came to my home from the Tualatin location and replaced my windshield while I worked and at a very reasonable price. He even managed to scrape the baked-on parking permit my draconian HOA requires (which I'm still debating based on principle) off the old windshield and put it on the new one. To top it all off, he even saved my expired Sno-park permit and the oil change decal. :) I am definitely calling these guys again when (not if, but when) I get my next rock chip and/or windshield. Anyone who spends any time in the outdoors goes through at least two windshields in every car they own. Thank you so much, Mike. <3

Had my back driver window popped by a tweaker with a tactical pen. Sent in an online quote to 3 nearby glass companies. The next morning, I had one response… from Scott at Collision, quoting me about $100 less than I was expecting, was able to get me in next day, as I had called after his morning shipment, and when I showed up 30 minutes before my appointment time, he had my car taken straight back. I asked him about paying a little extra to vacuum the whole car instead of just the back since there was glass everywhere, and he declined the extra money and told his guys to vacuum my entire car. Aside from the car, the lobby is clean and comfortable, and Scott made a point to tell me where everything is here and where some nearby restaurants are if I felt like grabbing some food while I wait. This will be the only place I go for auto glass repair from here on out! 10/10 for car service, customer service and all around care and got me out in less than the quoted hour. Awesome people!

Can't sat enough about the service I recived. First of all the price was great. The install was scheduled between 10-12 and the installer was there around 11. He was good, nice and did a great job. After he was done I noticed a problem with what I thought was a seal. I called the office and they sent my installer back out the next morning. He showed me what the problem was and fixed it. It had nothing to do with the install. Was a weathered rubber strip that lost its adhesive over the last 20 years. After a good conversation he was done. No charge to me. I then got a call from the office and they wanted to send another person out to just make sure I was happy with the work that was done. I let them know that I was and there is no need to send anyone else out. What company care this much and has customer service like this anymore. This was a great experience and I will never go anywhere else. Mike was my installer and a great guy. Job well done by the entire team. Thank you, Josh

The sunroof on my car shattered when hit by a golf ball and my windshield also needed replaced due to a large crack. I live on the coast and my insurance company wanted to have the repairs done at 2 different shops. I found Collision Auto Glass from my own Google search. Spoke with Scott who was very helpful. Drove 2 hours to drop my car for the appointment and I thought I'd have to leave my car for afew days for the repairs. Left my car at 10 am, was called at 1:30 to let me know it would be done by 4:00, saving me the 2 hrs drive home and the 4 hours if I had to come back again another day. I found them to be helpful, professional, conscientious, friendly and reasonably priced. Their focused work got my car serviced in a very timely manner and I couldn't be happier. THANK YOU! THANK YOU!! THANK YOU!!!

With an appointment with Collision Auto Glass. my vehicle was accepted to repair its cracked windshield. An attendant took my vehicle to the repair bay. My vehicle was returned to me; the broken windshield was NOT replaced as promised. Moreover, immediately after leaving Collision Auto, my vehicle’s windshield frame dislodged, literally flew off while driving away on the freeway, damaging my vehicle and another vehicle behind me. Scott at Collision Auto Glass apparently tampered the windshield. When approached, he refused to assist offering instead a sarcastic “Have a great day!” I will not return to Collision Auto Glass.ServicesAuto windshield repair

My husband and I drove from S. CA to visit our daughter in Oregon for the month. On our way a pipe hit our windshield smashing it. It looked like someone took a sledge hammer to it. One glass company that our insurance company recommended couldn’t do it for over a week. We called the local BMW dealership and they referred us to collision Auto Glass & Collision. I called and they called BMW, got the windshield and installed it the next day. They completely understood our situation. We are forever grateful to the professionalism and outstanding service from Collision Auto Glass!!!ServicesGlass installation

I went to Safelite the first time my window broke I thought I was getting quality. The second time I thought I would try them again. The crash wrap came off the first day. I went back twice one the Salem location and here. They sloppy put.the crash wrap on again. And they disabled the automatic key open feature. I went back they did not know how to repair. I go to collision same glass 100 dollars cheaper, faster service and they fixed the automatic door opening feature by putting the glass in right. Kudos to that team for getting it right the first timePositiveQualityServicesAuto side window replacement

This place was amazing. I was traveling from out Utah and had someone smash my back window and break into my car while on a hike in Lake Oswego. We had a 14 hour drive planned for 2 days later and thought we would be out of luck and driving in the rain without a window after calling around to places who had no availability until days or weeks later. Luckily we found this place and they got us in and our window replaced literally the next day! They were so nice and helpful and the pricing was very fair, cheaper than going through my insurance. They even cleaned out all the broken glass from my backseat!

My car window was broken into and I had a work trip planned for the very next day. I called around to almost every glass repair shop in Portland and no one could get me in/see me for at least 24 hours. Collision Auto Glass got me in that afternoon, and I was able to continue on with my work with almost no time lost! The service was quick - took just a little over an hour - and the staff was super friendly and helpful. I just sat in their waiting room that had free wifi and comfy couches and the time went by like nothing. Will definitely be back to get the chip in my windshield repaired!
