TLDR: collision Auto Glass replaces BMW windows, possible same day drop-off/pick-up, works with insurance, is professional, nice and all around pretty awesome. Sunday October 11th after 10PM, my car got broken into while I was at work and my driver side window was smashed in. Monday morning I called about 8 auto glass places and they either didn't work on BMWs or scheduled weeks out due to COVID19. Collision Auto Glass answered their phone AND worked on BMWs!! They got me in the same day and if it was not for me working until 11PM I could have had the car back by 2PM the same day. The next morning I pick up the car at 8AM, I have a $1000 deductible for my insurance so I had to pay out of pocket, oh well I guess. The wonderful people at Collision Auto Glass even vacuumed my vehicle! I have to go back in and get the motor fixed but while we wait for the part I need to use the car to get to work. All in all it was $230 for the window and $330 to replace the window motor, this includes parts and labor. Not bad compared to having to go to the dealership or waiting for a few weeks to get it replaced! When I brought the car in, I had yet to clean out the broken glass due to the rains we had though I did sweep the majority of it out and placed down sheets over the seats to prevent cuts and scrapes.
