I am revising my one star review of about a month ago for Sir Auto Glass. After receiving a call from the owner in response to that poor review, we were able to agree on a resolution and had our tinted shade-band windshield installed last week. The young man, Ray Alonzo, who completed the installation was the epitome of world-class customer service. He went above and beyond to ensure our windshield was installed properly and that we were completely satisfied and happy this time. And, we are! Sir Auto Glass may have made a few mistakes to begin with but they made it all right. That speaks volumes to their commitment to great customer service! And THANK YOU Ray! Consumer Beware! I would look elsewhere for an Auto Glass company. Our experience was less than pleasant. From the very first conversation we had with Brian, we made it very clear we needed the windshield that has the tinted shade all across the top. Brian assured us they had this available so we moved forward with the installation. When the installer arrived on 1/13/25, we even jokingly said to him, "Now you're sure you have the right windshield for us with the tinting, right?" He assured us he did. Well, he did not! He removed our cracked windshield and installed one without the tinting. When we contacted Brian, he said the tinted one must not have been available at the time the parts department ordered it. Had we been informed of that, we would have waited until it was available. We were not given that opportunity. We were then told they now had a tinted one in stock but it would be an additional $256.23 (cash) to install it. Nope! Brian then stated he would have the owner call us. That was on 1/15/25 and to date, we have not heard a word! We completely regret going with this company and wanted other consumers to be aware and think about making another choice for auto glass replacement.

This company was TOP TIER for customer service and even problem solving with my insurance company. They we available immediately and came to my driveway, which was necessary because I had a massive hole in my back window and a huge crack in the windshield. The gentleman that came, even vacuumed up all the broken glass! I had just lost my grandmother the day this happened and I was grieving so much I wasn’t able to even consider to clean up the glass. I couldn’t be more grateful for Sir Glass and Kip for being super helpful getting this started. I didn’t have the opportunity to thank the gentleman that did the work….if you see this THANK YOU SO SO MUCH!!! I attached the trainwreck of mess I came out to after sitting with my dying family member for several days. I still don’t know what happened, but I do know that SIR AUTO GLASS took care of me quick!

This was the best experience. I’ve never had a windshield repaired or replaced myself before, but Kip was SO helpful during the process and helped walk me through each step of the process. Chase was the one who came out to replace the windshield and he was also super friendly and communicative. It was all done in a flash and I’m so grateful!! Overall, 10/10 and I’ll be recommending y’all to any friends that need it. Sir Auto Glass got back to me super fast, we’re super honest and upfront with potential costs, and were great at communicating throughout the process. A friend had recommended me to them because she had them consult on a rock chip in the past and they were so easy to communicate with. I’m so happy I chose them for this!!

I had an excellent experience with SIR auto glass. The dispatch operator was very kind and helpful. Everyone I spoke to was extremely communicative, and they accommodated a last minute reschedule,ñ. They also helped me use my insurance to cut the cost by 90%. The technician (Vincent?) was very sweet and communicative about what his ETA was. He finished the job in the rain while working underneath an easy-up, moving everything around by himself. He was finished in a quick hour & gave me reassuring instructions for when it was okay to drive again. They also recalibrated my rear view backup camera so that I didn’t have to take it to Toyota. I would absolutely schedule with this company again, and recommend to friends. Thank you!

I can't stand a business that can't just be open and straight forward about pricing. You don't need all my information in order to determine the price of a damn windshield. You just need my vehicle info and a few seconds, like any other company that managed to provide a quote. But instead, you get greedy and feel you HAVE to have my contact information to provide a price that is literally exactly the same without that extra information. Now you lost a customer and still do not get that info. 🤷🏼♂️ It seems like you could've just made things simple, went about things honestly, and made a quick profit - but instead, you valued dishonest marketing schemes and wasting time over building trust with a potential client.

I was connected with Sir Auto glass via my Toyota service since my car was new, with electronics attached to the windshield and I did not want complications after having it replaced. The glass mechanics came on time on the next day after my contacting Toyota and replaced the windshield in half an hour. Later in the afternoon came another expert to calibrate the cameras. I am very satisfied with the service. P.S. Forgot to mention that literally within an hour after contacting Toyota, I was connected with the representative of Sir Glass with whom we had a 3-way call with my insurance. All details were clarified in this call and an appointment was made for the next day. All happened smoothly and effectively.

Less than a week after buying a new 2025 Toyota Tacoma Sport, my husband and I had a large rock chip the windshield right infront of the eye-sight cameras. Due to the nature of having an auto policy so new, Progressive tried to deny me, but Justin was patient and helpful while insurance figured it out. He provided me with a non-insurance quote just in case and got me scheduled quickly! The technician Chase had thorough communication, arrived early, was quick and to the point, and was friendly constantly wearing a smile. Great company, amazing people, perfect service. 12/10 will only use them in the future and will share them with anyone I know needing glass repair.

Do NOT use this company! They recently replaced my cracked windshield but were unable to calibrate my sensors because they said it was too cold. They came back a second time and were unable to fix the sensors because they said it was too rainy. They came back a third time and said they were unable to fix the sensors because they installed the wrong glass and would have to start over. After this visit I noticed the damage to my wheels where the technician clearly hit something! I reported the damage to the company and they refused to take any responsibility. I am now left with damaged wheels and a windshield that needs replaced! Terrible!

Tom, Sean and Tanner were so incredibly kind and professional when assisting me with my windshield replacement! Tom, the agency manager, was able to schedule me so quickly for an appointment and walked me through the process, as I had not filed a claim with an insurance company in years. Sean then rang the insurance company and was able to get a claim number in minutes. Then Tanner arrived at my home to replacement and recalibrate the new windshield in about 90 minutes. So efficient! I highly recommend doing business with this wonderful company! Thank you so much for taking such good care of both my car and myself!

I had a cracked windshield and within days of making the claim, SIR Auto glass had it fixed and had me back on the road in no time. They were on schedule, friendly, efficient, clean and very professional! Vince, the technician who came out must have noticed some new wiper blades that I had purchased laying close by and installed them. I didn't notice that he had done that until days later when it was raining and I was running the wipers. The windshield kept the water out and those new wiper blades worked great. Thanks Vince, great job! For those in need of a new windshield, I'd highly recommend SIR Auto glass!
