My back quarter window was broken out, I’m on a budget and was dreading the cost and overall experience of getting it replaced. I contacted Jose on a Saturday afternoon, during a heat wave, after arriving to Pick and Pull unaware you had to pull your own parts- I’m unskilled to do this. Jose worked with my budget and drove to pick and pull and pulled the window for me. Jose welcomed us onto his covered patio, his son sanitized the table and offered us water and about 40 minutes later, we were on our way with a new window. Jose was honest, transparent and affordable with his pricing. Highly recommended!!

I can't say enough about how positive my experience was with Auto Glass USA. I was fed one of the best tamales I have ever had, given a comfy couch to wait on inside a comfy home while the kindest, most professional man (Jose), replaced my windshield. This is how business should be done. I felt like a part of the family. I don't trust many people but I'd trust my life to Jose. If I could give 10 stars and an A+++, I absolutely would. I will never go anywhere else for a windshield replacement (or tamales), and I would honestly suggest you consider doing the same. Ohhhh, and the price is beyond fair and competitive. I am so grateful for these guys. As you know, my reviews are about service. This company is all about good service and professionalism. Jose and Miguel came to the rescue, just before pouring rain occurred after my car was broken into. My insurance sent me to safelite, who couldn’t get here until 1 week later. Not only did they do a great job, they were kind and considerate. They got rid of all my broken glass and got me back on the road. I assume they will get very busy when word gets around, if it hasn’t already. These guys were truly the miracle I needed today after being broken into. Thank you so much.

Maybe the best experience I’ve ever had dealing with anything auto related. Joseph was so quick and kind in dealing with my broken window and fixed everything including going above and beyond to vacuum out the shattered glass I had everywhere after a break in, in less than an hour, and even fit me in first thing in the morning ( not even 30 minutes from when I called). Best price I could find in Portland, and I probably owe this man my job— still made it to work they were so fast. If you’re reading this Joseph/Auto Glass USA team, you’re the best. 🙏

I will admit I was not 100% sure at first due to the fact that there are only 49 reviews at the time of my windshield repair and the fact that his business is in a residential neighborhood. Result = Jose is awesome! He was able to get me in right away, he was done in a couple hours, and the job looks great. The windshield he put in looks exactly like the factory windshield. Last time I had my windshield replaced by the dealer I could tell it was an aftermarket windshield. I was very happy to see that Jose was using quality glass.

Jose had redone my windshield, and I couldn't be more happier with the experience and service! He already had the replacement glass on deck when I called to schedule an appointment the next morning. A quick and affordable fix for a g30 van. A highly competitive price for less than 300! Plus, I believe he redone my wiper blades without telling me, as a bonus surprise after!! Great Man! I had three of my windows shot out while I was working on Saturday night and submitted an estimate request around 3 am Sunday morning. Jose called me at 7am to work out pricing and he got me in immediately — my car was all ready to go by 1pm. ON A SUNDAY, YA’LL. I can not express how grateful I am for Jose and his team. The pricing was incredible and the work is truly top notch. These guys are angels in my book.

Got a chip in my windshield driving from Seattle to Portland and he was able to assist us with very short notice. Super quick and efficient. Allowed us to sit in a nice little covered porch area while we waited. Even cleaned my windshield and vacuumed my floors while the chip repair was curing. Had a wonderful experience working with Jose and Auto Glass USA yesterday. It sucks having to deal with replacing a window after a smash-and-grab, especially on a work day. I called in the morning, got a very reasonable quote (less than several other providers I reached out), set a time that same day, and the whole experience was smooth and easy. Highly recommend.

I had the window smashed out of my Ford sedan in the middle of the night and needed a quick repair that wouldn't break the bank. At less than half the price of competitors in the area with the availability to get me in immediately they were extremely quick and affordable. Auto Glass USA will certainly have my return business and I cannot recommend them enough!
