Sébastien, came from Portland to Albany to replace my windshield. I saw him in my neighborhood replacing one of my neighbors windshield i pulled over asking him for quote on the spot. A few weeks later he showed up on time. He said it would take about a 1.5 hours. He did a nice clean job. The price was the best thing, and his customers service was great. I would tell friends and family. Thanks for a job well done. Other windshield companies should take note the price and service will get you more customers. Over prices push people to look elsewhere.

Patagonia was so easy to work with! They gave me the best quote of the places I called and communicated well about when and where they could fix my windshield. They even called when the guy was running ahead of schedule to see if earlier would be possible; they were flexible to keep the same time with me. Sebastian came and changed my windshield right on the curb outside my apartment in less than an hour. All in all, great and I would definitely go back here first if I needed something else!

After experiencing the worst date ever and having my dates ex burst my rear windshield I was overwhelmed with stress. They gave me 15% off glass replacements and came to my house less than three hours notice! Sebastian was so great, he is Meticulous, Friendly, Focused, And super helpful. He finished in about a hour and a half with time to spare before my work shift! I will be calling them again soon for my windshield replacement!
