WOW. I’m genuinely blown away with the service and care I received at Mobile Auto Glass. I woke up on the 4th of July (Friday morning) to a smashed car window, and accepted that I would not be able to get it serviced until Monday since it was a holiday weekend. NOPE. They had it finished in less than 2 hours!! Deets- So I came outside, saw my window, googled ‘car glass places near me’ , found them, saw on the website they do cash payment or take a ton of insurances. I called their number on a whim feeling like maybe I could leave a VM or get more info from a recording. I was shocked when Marcus called me back in less than 60 seconds, left me a text and I called him back. He told me I could head right over, . I drove over, was met with a kind, efficient, genuine human. Dropped my car and did my insurance claim on the phone in the parking lot. Marcus texted me in 5 minutes showing they had recived the claim from my insurance. (Above and beyond!!) In less than two hours they called and said my car was ready! I drove out with a brand new window and the vacuumed out all the glass etc :). Also want to say that going to car garages can be very intimidating for me as a woman, and queer at that, and I received nothing but genuinely kind, personable, and solid service. No condescending explanations, just great transparent service. They are family owned and just awesome people. My partner went back a week later and got this tiny removed for a super amazing price and great service. Highly recommend and will go back if I need anything glass or tint related or anything else they offer!

Got a quote for my 2013 C63 AMG at other well known glass shops and was quoted almost 1k for my windshield.I was told it because of the rain sensors and things.I totally understand but had to look somewhere else because 1k out of pocket was not a option at the time.I was told about this place from a friend that said they did hers and said nothing but good things about them.Gave them a shot and they gave me the best price in town hands down.I would tell you how much but you just have to give them a call and find out for yourselves.And while waiting for my car to get done I was checked on like three times to see how I was doing and made me feel really comfortable about the choice I made.All they want to do there is get you in,fix your windows and get you out so the y could help the next.Customer service is so important and they definitely have it.Will be going back and letting my friends and family know if they need a windshield.Thanks guys 😁🙏🏻

Update: 5-18-24, 5 stars again! Finally needed to replace my windshield as my new rock chip couldn’t be repaired. Marcus and his team did an Excellent Job with my replacement and made sure everything was clean including blowing out any glass from inside my truck. I will recommend all my friends and family to come here and if you are a Truck driver, they know what they are doing and it is a small lot but it is still plenty of room for you to park and get your chip repaired or windshields replaced. They have experience in all the truck brands. Marcus got me in right away and started on my Windshield Rockchip repair on my Semi truck. In and out 20 minutes. Very nice people and surprisingly clean bathroom. Good price. Honest about blemish will not completely be gone but I am very happy with the results. Will come back in the future if needed! Terrible experience. I scheduled an onsite windshield repair with this company, and they simply didn’t show up. No call, no explanation that day or the following business day. I gave them another chance and scheduled a second appointment—again, no show. They ignored my text message and only responded after I called. Their excuse? They "can’t control their tech’s behavior," and if he decides not to show up, there’s nothing they can do. Now they’re telling me that if I actually want the repair done, I should just drive to their shop and wait around. Completely unprofessional. Poor communication, no accountability, and ultimately rude when questioned about their repeated failures. I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

So I had my windshield replaced here.The first time I had them do it mobile.It was raining that day so assumed they used a canopy,but they didn’t they did it in the open well it was raining the next day.I went to work and my windshield dropped about an inch.I went to the shop guy was nice and replaced it for free.3 weeks after the second replacement my windshield was cracked.That’s when I realized they chipped the windshield installing it and tried to cover it with the weather stripping.Then another week later my weather stripping peeled off.Less then 3months this is what my windshield looks like now.Never going back.Hard to tell in some of the pictures,but it’s there.

Great experience first time around. They were right on time, fast, efficient and the work was great! 5 star service. A month later my same window unfortunately got smashed out AGAIN. Called them up and they quoted $305, just a month earlier they fixed my window for $209. I explained that to him and he honored the $209 yay off to a great start! When they showed up they were 15 minutes late, no biggie, BUT they accidentally came with the wrong window:( . They quoted it would take a hour to be back with the correct window so i went into the shop instead which was faster... I will definitely call them again when needing another repair.

By the way, there is a national glass shortage! And unfortunately, my car was broken into this morning. Statefarm did an okay job of helping me on a weekend but I still had to call around and find a company with available glass on my own. I called Mobile Auto Glass and immediately, Marcus ordered my glass! "Will be here in 45 mins" On top of the good news, I had issues with my insurance company and Marcus spoke to them directly and expedited the claim so I pay my deductible instead of paying out of pocket and rather than being reimbursed later.... Thank you so much! My window is currently being replaced/repaired and vacuumed.

When our car window was smashed, and we were afraid to leave it unattended with a broken-out window, the skilled technicians at Mobile Auto Glass were there to help. We called several shops and Mobile Auto Glass was able to schedule the replacement work earlier than any of the other shops. They went over and above to make us feel protected. They stored our car in their garage overnight to keep it safe and dry while they purchased a replacement window. When we came to pick up the car the next day, the replacement was perfect, the car was washed and all the safety glass was vacuumed out! We highly recommend Mobile Auto Glass!!

Absolutely killer service here. Professional and super friendly staff turned my bad day into a great one! I’ve got a pretty bad crack on my windshield and I haven’t actually had the repair done yet but I had to leave a review now to express how well they’re handling this. I’m located all the way out in Hillsboro OR with an 18month old child and it would’ve been a real challenge getting out to them but they’ve got it handled coming to me. Super affordable prices and even have the new windshield just incase. I’ll update after the service in complete. No matter what happens this is a great place you guys! Highly recommend.

I’ve had four or five broken into windows since moving into downtown Portland and I’ve come here for every single one. Today was another disappointing morning where I realized it had happened yet again, and I got off work early to get this done so my car was safe to pick up my son from school later. They gave me a reasonable price, were SO FAST and squeezed me in, and just always delightful. I love supporting a smaller business who really cares about their customers.
