One Way Auto Glass LLC

I bought a Subaru Forester and noticed it had a crack in the window. I called my dealership and they set up an appointment with Dave at One Way Auto. The dealership sent the wrong windshield and Dave didn't have my contact information so I showed up on my appointment day and he was extremely apologetic that he couldn't contact me to tell me not to come. I said it wasn't a problem and we set an appointment for a week later. I showed up at my 2nd appointment and he greeted me with a warm welcome and apologies for the previous time we had met. He took my car and started replacing the windshield while I waited in his office for my ride. He offered me donuts and we had small talk about the cars he was restoring for other people. I left to run errands for 3 hours while he took care of my car. I felt like I left it in good hands. I came back, got my car, and he apologized again. I absolutely adore Dave. He's such a great guy and I'll recommend him to anyone!

Dave is amazing! Found the parts needed for my driver's side window, while I was in his office, set the appointment to replace. Had an appointment for two days later. When I needed to reschedule do to a conflict, no problem! Took the car in at 9am had it back by 10:30! The other place I had gone to, said it was going to take least a week or two to find the parts! Took my name and number and never called me! GLASS MAY BE WHAT THEY DO, BUT CUSTOMER SERVICE ISN'T! I'll be going to One Way for any other auto glass I need!

Dave at One Way Auto Glass is top notch!! We had a chip in the front window of our travel trailer. Even though he 1. doesn't do mobile visits and 2. was booked for 3 weeks, he kindly agreed to come to the RV Park the following day since we were leaving Klamath Falls. Who does that?! AMAZING! He did a great job on our window and we are no longer worried about it continuing to crack. Perfect. Definitely recommend using his glass services if you are ever in need. He knows his glass!!

Awesome Service!! I highly recommend One Way Auto Glass. Dave was so helpful and professional and his work was perfection. He went out of his way to help us, even working on a Saturday, his day off, to replace our windshield. We were just returning from a long vacation and Dave scheduled us an appointment when we were driving through Klamath Falls. Great company and if I ever do need them again, I'll be back for their help.

The owner is super personable and professional. He made time to fix our front window without any notice and after we showed an interest in the work he talked us through the whole process. Absolutely wonderful! Dave & company replaced the windshield on my Ford Expedition after a large tree branch fell from above and smashed said windshield. Dave is nice to work with, completely professional and his work is perfect. And the cost was quite reasonable. I would recommend One Way Auto Glass to anyone!
