My windshield was totally unsafe to drive with anymore, having accumulated thousands of tiny chips. Jeff came out to my location in Lakeview and replaced the windshield quickly and didn't leave any garbage in my car like the last place I had replace my glass. The installation has been great so far, however a 16 inch long scratch appeared on my car during the service, along the top edge of the windshield. After calling and talking with Jeff and showing him where the damage happened, he sent me a check which I am currently using to repair the damage. Thanks!

Well where do I begin, the fact these guys jump right into action the second I called, the fact they located and had the windshield glass within hours and willing to install at my soonest convenience. My son is a new student at OIT in Klamath Falls. So when he called me and said a rock had hit the windshield of his car. I was unsure if it was in need of repair, and with him being new to the area. I was not comfortable with him going and looking for a glass repair shop. Jeff was willing to meet him any time at the college. I would highly recommend this shop for your windshield needs.
