All American Auto Glass

Several months ago, someone smashed out the back window of my 4Runner and stole my hockey bag near the Rose Garden while I was attending a Blazer game. I called All American and spoke to Jon, who was incredibly nice and helpful with my inconvenient situation. Less than 24 hours later, Jon had managed to source the replacement glass, and was in my driveway first thing working on the installation. Throughout the entire process, Jon was extremely kind and professional, going above and beyond the scope of work to deliver outstanding results. He cleaned up the entire cargo area which was covered in glass fragments, and then did a stellar job installing the rear window which is retractable and thus more complicated than a standard window. He even went so far as to clean and lubricate the assembly that operates the window, so now everything works even better than before. All of this was accomplished in a few short hours, and Jon really charged a low price for the high quality of work he delivered. After all was said and done, Jon offered to help replace some of the equipment that was stolen out of the vehicle. Just goes to show the high character of Jon, and the exceptional business values that matter to All American. Really cannot express my thanks enough for this. John was amazing! Arrived in a timely manner as he said he would, & I was very impressed with his know how, politeness, and HIS PRICE! I would highly recommend him to anyone whose looking to get glass replaced, he did an excellent job on my Oldsmoblie Bravada, heaven forbid if I ever need any glass replaced again, but if I do, I'll be calling John and I'll highly recommend to my family & friends that need a glass guy too! John absolutely is the best ..... Trying to find a window for my older 2001 Volvo seemed like it was going to be a struggle. Thank goodness I called "All American Auto Glass" , John was able to use his knowledge and skills to find a window for my car and in a very VERY short amount of time he was here taking great care of me . I have to say John is hands down your guy. He does absolutely amazing work. I'm very impressed with his work. It's at a reasonable price that can't be beat. He's got a 10/10 in my book. Will definitely be going through them again with any future repairs. Thank you again for going above and beyond.

Not really happy with the service I was given. I was told to come in. They treated me like I was going to steel from them. I pulled up in a 2020 they should have better customer service. It was even raining they performed the window seal for the Crack in the rain.

My Jeep Wrangler needed a new windshield. Jon came on time, replaced it in no time. He even switched out my new battery I purchased a day before. Great guy, great service, beyond reasonably priced. Highly recommend. AND he came to me!
