I reached out midweek for a quote to replace my sad multi-crack windshield. I got a quote that was lower than what other places offered so I made an appt for this morning. Both of the folks (probably one was the owner, the other the employee) were professional and friendly. The employee showed me prior to installation that the new windshield is heated since there is no outside indication and even took a picture of my oil sticker since they couldn’t get it off. I’ll definitely use them again if needed and recommend them to others.

Finding this place was a stroke of luck. It saved me hundreds of dollars and hours of my time. They replaced the windshield on my 2021 Sienna. Other shops were quoting $900+ including a 3-hour re-calibration session. My local shop said they couldn't even do it because they lacked the equipment! The owner here explained that if he didn't disconnect the lane departure camera (which sits in a housing behind the mirror) it didn't require re-calibration. He replaced the windshield in 45 minutes and I was on my way. He gave me a guarantee that if the car produced an error about the calibration, that he would do it for free. No error message and lane departure works perfectly. I spent less than half of what the other shops wanted and saved hours! Hopefully I won't need to, but I would definitely come back here again. I called yesterday to get a quote on my windshield replacement and I then scheduled an appointment for the following day. They told me they had to order my glass and they had it in less then 24 hours! When I took in my vehicle today they had me in and out the door within 20 minutes. Excellent customer service, excellent price. They charged literally 1/2 the price I was quoted from a couple other places. The glass was waiting for me on a rack in the service bay when I pulled up early. I was in and out in 40 minutes. They also protected my molding (an extra $100 piece) that everyone else said always gets destroyed when they take the windshield out. He said he has a spare of that particular molding that has been sitting at his shop for 3 years because he has never needed it. It's refreshing not to get gouged just because seemingly everyone else gets away with it (all 4 other quotes said they would have to replace the molding).

I had two spots on my windshield that needed to be repaired. I had a chip, and a crack. I was able to get both spots fixed in roughly 8 minutes. I arrived, got the repair, paid, and left in roughly 8 minutes maybe less. The service was fast and very reasonably priced. My windshield won't crack or spider more from these spots because of these fixes. When I got there there was someone at the front desk ready to help me immediately without a call in advance. Had glass replaced and was given a good cheap quote. I fell for the price and got the glass replaced. Instead of using new glass rubber he used the old existing rubbers for my windshield. It was already falling apart as the car is 20 years old. Called and spoke to him and he was very rude about me questioning him about it and that he should have used new rubbers also. Then he started quoting me a huge price for everything. Very big fraud company. Filed a complaint to Better Business Bureau. Please do check what they are parts they are using. Total price included everything was told.

Someone broke my back windshield at night, so of course I spent the rest of my night and early morning finding quotes around town. I am so glad I found ABS Auto Glass! I had an accident with my windshield with a rock, and my insurance asked me to go to Safelite. It was their preferred vendor. They were unable to perform the windshield replacement because they wanted me to go to Acura to have them reset some sensors. ABS glass was able to perform the replacement without any hassle or issue. It was scheduled and completed very quickly. Overall I was very satisfied with the service that ABS provided and I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a windshield or any glass repair/replacement.
