My quarter back window in my 2019 Subaru Forester was smashed in.. being somewhat new to the area I had no idea what to do but after reading some reviews for Olsen's I figured I'd call them up and I'm so glad I did! Tiffany was the first person I spoke to, she made it so simple for me, took the burden off my shoulders and dealt with calling Subaru for me.. such a relief! When the part came in, they made sure to call me right away and get me in before the holiday weekend and even went above and beyond to provide a loaner car so I can continue my busy work day while they repaired my window. If you need glass repaired GO HERE!!! I had my car broken into 4 days before Christmas and my window was smashed. They had the glass in by 8 am the next morning, and they had it fixed in a couple hours-MAX! They offered me a car to get back to my apartment, offered to let me keep my car in their shop overnight so it would be safe, charged a more than fair price, and provided such great service! Olsen's auto glass has some nice people. I had a windshield replacement and they were unable to get my rain and humidity sensors working properly after replacement. They even had me drop off my car a second time and tell me they didn't fix anything and it was working properly. There are visible bubbles in the rain sensor adhesive, we'll see if the third time is a charm but apparently these rain sensors can be a bit challenging to remount as they are very sensitive. It's a shame when the local boys can't do right the first time, but they always make it right.

Perfect Experience. All payment handle with Insurance carrier, submitted original glass request for me with my insurance carrier. Jim and staff were really flexible and patient with scheduling around what works best for us. The glass was ready for install over a week before estimated, which allowed for easy scheduling. Vehicle was done right on time even before we were ready to pick it back up and work was perfect! I recommend Olsen's to my clients and this experience makes it all that much better. thank you!

Olsen's did a fantastic job on my 1960's station wagon. I rarely trust anyone to work on it, but was out of my depth when it came to replacing the windshield gasket. They seemed to have experience with classic cars, and even managed to preserve my original windshield, and cleaned it so well it looked like new. Everyone I talked to there was so nice and professional, they did the work in just a few hours, and the estimate was spot-on. I'll be going there for any other auto glass needs!

Our family was new to town. Our side car mirror needed to be fixed. The people at Olden’s were able to fix our mirror the same day. They had to spend extra time on fixing our mirror but didn’t change the cost of labor. They were done in 45 min for less then $50. We have used them once before and the customer service is excellent. Fast, fare and honest this will be our family’s auto glass servicer. I highly recommend Olden’s Auto Glass to anyone looking for honesty fare car care.

On a trip back from Salem the front driver's windshield seal on our Nissan Titan broke, so we called our mechanic Absolute automotive who referred us to Olson's. I called spoke to Jim who said to bring our truck over and he would fix the seal free of charge. I cannot say enough about Jim or Olson's other than they are awesome! Thank you so much for going above and beyond for us. Highly recommend 👌 👍 and will go Olson's for any windshield or auto glass issues.

Had them replace broken windshield and they tore headliner. Very noticeable. But they never said a thing. Left the business and did not get out of parking lot and went back to show them. Than it took several weeks for them to replace headliner. They very seldom returned my calls. Went to give them a second chance to fix seal on my truck window, the person who answered the phone said it made no sense that the seal was leaking. Thumbs down.

WOW!! Wonderful service! I took my Jeep Wrangler in to get the lining on my front window fixed. Even though they are not the ones who initially replaced the window, they fixed it for free. They spent about 40 minutes working on it and didn't want any money. Now that's a business that knows how to get a customer and keep a customer. I'll definitely program Olson's Auto Glass in my contacts for future auto glass needs.
