On a previous vehicle I had a competitor install a windshield that was not manufactured by an OEM supplier. Cabin noise from the wind was immediately noticeable. Plus, a few hours later I found a small, pin-point type dent in my hood near the windshield in the middle of the truck. I didn't want a repeat performance, so I went with A1 Auto Glass this time. I had them install an OEM replacement "Sound Screen" windshield from Ford/Carlite. They did an excellent job with the installation and performed the recalibration with no issues or faults - everything works as new. The cabin of my truck remains as quiet as it was when it left the factory. I would use A1 again - highly recommended.

Our RAM Premaster camper-van got a rock chip in the middle of the windshield and immediately the crack split into two long cracks. I did some search on google to find a good auto windshield replacement shop in Eugene, OR. The Mover Auto glass and Repair show up on the search with very high ratings. I called to get an estimate and Juan answered the phone. I realized immediately that he knows what he has lots experience because he asked me in details about my vehicle and trying to make sure he has the correct information about the van. He told me the reason he asked me so many questions is because there are three different types of windshield for the year and type of vehicle and he wants to make sure they have the correct information and allows him to give me the correct quote. To make sure I provide him the correct information he asked me to sent him pictures of the windshield and VIN number of the vehicle. I made an appointment arrived at the shop few days later. The shop was able to accommodate my camper-van. It took few hours to replace the windshield and the owner spotted a defect on the new windshield that was just replaced. It has a small fine crack and it was not visible from certain angles. He showed me the fine crack on the windshield and apologized to me that he didn’t see it sooner. He offered to get a new one and want to do it right but that means I have to come back the next day. I decided to come back to get the new windshield installed without the defects. The owner apologize over and over about not spotting the defects sooner and inconvenient me to come back. I really appreciate his honesty and willingness to do the right thing for the customer. I would highly recommend his shop if you are in a need to get windshield replaced or repair.

My quarter back window in my 2019 Subaru Forester was smashed in.. being somewhat new to the area I had no idea what to do but after reading some reviews for Olsen's I figured I'd call them up and I'm so glad I did! Tiffany was the first person I spoke to, she made it so simple for me, took the burden off my shoulders and dealt with calling Subaru for me.. such a relief! When the part came in, they made sure to call me right away and get me in before the holiday weekend and even went above and beyond to provide a loaner car so I can continue my busy work day while they repaired my window. I never write reviews, but I have used this company many times and they always provide an excellent service. The people that work in the office and the installers are highly competent at what they do. On the last windshield I had changed, the installer went through the the trouble to move my oil change sticker from the old windshield to the new one and the glass was perfectly clean when he was finished. Also, my rear view mirror didn't even need adjustment! It was like somebody snapped their fingers and the glass went back to being new like nothing happened. Kudos.
