Our RAM Premaster camper-van got a rock chip in the middle of the windshield and immediately the crack split into two long cracks. I did some search on google to find a good auto windshield replacement shop in Eugene, OR. The Mover Auto glass and Repair show up on the search with very high ratings. I called to get an estimate and Juan answered the phone. I realized immediately that he knows what he has lots experience because he asked me in details about my vehicle and trying to make sure he has the correct information about the van. He told me the reason he asked me so many questions is because there are three different types of windshield for the year and type of vehicle and he wants to make sure they have the correct information and allows him to give me the correct quote. To make sure I provide him the correct information he asked me to sent him pictures of the windshield and VIN number of the vehicle. I made an appointment arrived at the shop few days later. The shop was able to accommodate my camper-van. It took few hours to replace the windshield and the owner spotted a defect on the new windshield that was just replaced. It has a small fine crack and it was not visible from certain angles. He showed me the fine crack on the windshield and apologized to me that he didn’t see it sooner. He offered to get a new one and want to do it right but that means I have to come back the next day. I decided to come back to get the new windshield installed without the defects. The owner apologize over and over about not spotting the defects sooner and inconvenient me to come back. I really appreciate his honesty and willingness to do the right thing for the customer. I would highly recommend his shop if you are in a need to get windshield replaced or repair.

I am very happy with the work done on my classic car windshield and weather strip replacement by Juan at Mover Auto Glass. Since my car was not water proof I picked a couple of dry days to have the work done. I dropped my car by before 5pm and I picked it up the next day before 5pm. Juan was nice enough to leave the car in his shop and if the weather had changed to rain, he was willing to protect it until the next available clear weather day. I am impressed with the next day service as well as the professional result. It had taken longer than the usual new car windshield replacement would take and he cared about how clean the car was after the work was done. But what really impressed me was Juan taking the extra step to treat some rusted areas before installation. Also, he carefully removed and reinstalled the fragile weather strip on the ends of the windshield that meets with the doors. I was impressed with the pictures he showed me of the prep before the windshield was added. Thanks Juan for the providing expert service at a very competitive price. Ever think that this funny thing called life happened to the one guy in the shop that day? Cut the guy some slack, go meet this person you gave 1 star to, bet you change it. This shop is amazing! They were able to schedule me the next day. They got my windshield replaced in 2.5 hours. They charged $134 LESS than A1 Auto Glass quoted me for. I have had a windshield replaced before by A1 and Movers Auto did a Much better job! Movers Auto Glass took the car wash and oil change stickers I had on my old windshield and put them onto the new windshield, which A1 did not. Movers also cleaned my dash, mirror, doors and the front carpets and floor mats, which A1 also did not do for me; A1 had left pieces of glass all over my car. I Highly recommend Movers Auto Glass. Multiple mistakes and not upfront or truthful about the situation. I drove 1 hr to this glass shop after confirming on the phone that they had the correct glass for my truck. Upon arrival the glass was the wrong size and blamed it on my truck being a Canadian model (I later found out from another glass shop that it was false and there is no difference). I came back the next day after a 1 hr drive and AGAIN the wrong glass was ordered. After the employee tried to dodge the reasoning and attempted to blame my model of truck I asked to look at the glass that was brought in and could tell from the curve that it wasn't even for the correct side. I ended up going to a different glass shop and the glass was installed fast with no problems.

Woke up Monday morning to a tree branch that broke clear thru my daughter's rear window! Called Mover Auto Glass Monday around 10am and talked to Mario who said he was out doing an installation, but was kind enough to take my info! He said they'd call back within a few hours. Received a call from Juan less than 2 hours later. Juan said they could replace her rear window the next day & gave me a few appointment times to choose from! Juan impressed me with his great customer service. I purchased a Groupon for one rock chip repair, about the size of a marble, in my windshield. I arrived for my appointment and Juan greeted me warmly, and immediately got started. He was upfront and told me that the chip would still be slightly visible but would be well protected from further damage. I waited in the office while he worked and in just 20 minutes my car was finished. While Juan was working he noticed two additional, very tiny chips. He fixed those too under my Groupon that I had purchased. I will definitely be a returning customer and recommend Juan's services to anyone in need.

These guys are EXCEPTIONAL. I got my car passenger window smashed in on a Sunday night. Progressive got me in with safelite and I was quoted about 460 for the replacement window and labor. I called Movers and they not only got me in sooner then safelite, but also 135 dollars cheaper!!! He said the work would take about 2 hrs. He was done after about an hour and 20ish minutes. Fast, effective, and excellent pricing!!! Thank you for EVERYTHING, Mario!!! If I ever need another glass repair I will easily make the drive from Lebanon to Eugene again. In a heartbeat. The rear window in one of our Jeep's got smashed in by a thief while parked in a parking garage near the Crystal Ballroom in Portland. Juan from Mover Glass. was wonderful to work with. He took care of the insurance side, and made it all so easy. Quick, great work, and he vacuumed out all the glass etc, which I completely did not expect for him to do. I love giving my patronage to other local small business owners, and I will be happy to use Mover Glass for any of our future auto glass needs, and also highly recommend his company.
