A-1 Auto Glass

On a previous vehicle I had a competitor install a windshield that was not manufactured by an OEM supplier. Cabin noise from the wind was immediately noticeable. Plus, a few hours later I found a small, pin-point type dent in my hood near the windshield in the middle of the truck. I didn't want a repeat performance, so I went with A1 Auto Glass this time. I had them install an OEM replacement "Sound Screen" windshield from Ford/Carlite. They did an excellent job with the installation and performed the recalibration with no issues or faults - everything works as new. The cabin of my truck remains as quiet as it was when it left the factory. I would use A1 again - highly recommended.

I was traveling and only in Eugene for a couple of days. I had my car broken into(while in a public parking lot in Portland) and a quarter window needed to be replaced. I called to get an estimate and unfortunately they said it take a few days to get the in stock, as it must come from a dealer. I said we were leaving the next day. They then offered to clean the window area, and cover the open window with a special plastic. That is exceptional customer service. I highly recommend this company, and especially Autumn, in customer service, James, the manager and Andrew, the person who did the job. I highly recommend this company, they are exceptional.

These guys are awesome! I was having trouble replacing a rear view mirror on a car I bought recently for my daughter. When I finally gave up, A-1 came to my rescue. Not only did they do this simple job in about two minutes, they also did it for FREE! Their only request was that when/if I need a car window replaced, come back! Got my Palisade window replaced. I brought my car in and at first, they never received the window they ordered so it was in there for a few days (weather). Once the windshield arrived and after they got the windshield off to replace it they realized the new one wasn't the right one. I gave them 5 stars because even though those things happened they were transparent, apologized, and corrected the issue as fast as they could. I was very impressed with how they handled the situation and how they still went above and beyond to make sure I left happy. I will definitely go back.

I needed my windshield replaced due to a leaky seal. My vehicle is no longer manufactured, and they called everywhere to find me a replacement. As it was coming from out of state, it would be a couple weeks and they would let me know when it arrived. True to their word, they called, it at that time I had Covid and was unable to get back to them until just after it had been sent back. They were so understanding when I called, recalled the windshield, and had it installed within 2 days (one day for return). I highly recommend this shop. The repair was a great price too!!!

Friendly, courteous, knowledgeable staffs. My C-max windshield had a long crack, and I replaced a brand new one here. They had my vehicle in and out in under two hours. They also solved all the follow-up problems perfectly for me. My front windshield looks pretty great! After my van was vandalized (no pun intended) on Saturday, I left a message for A-1. Bought a window from Pick A Part to change it myself. Monday they called and fit me in. They installed my window for a hundred bucks in 2 hours and even vacuumed out a bunch of broken glass that I hadn't got to clean up. The speed, customer service, and extra cleaning earned them 5 stars. I even got a nifty free pen. I'm back on the road and my tools are safe. Without an appointment I brought my boat over as the center consul window which was plexiglass needed replacing. Three guys immediately came out. They pulled out the plexiglass and installed a brand new piece of glass. They were all very happy and helpful which made me happy. Very kind men. This company comes with my highest recommendation. If I ever need anything again for any of my vehicles they will be the first ones I call. I wish I could give them six stars!

The service today was to repair a chip in my windshield. The person who helped me was great. He was kind and efficient. I was crying in the office due to a rude phone call (not with A-1) and the gentleman showed compassion. It was nice to be treated with such kindness. I will recommend this company to everyone I know.
