Outstanding customer service! Cody the owner and the gentlemen who installed our windshield were all very professional, prompt, and courteous, and did a great job. Went the weather turned hot 3 months later, I had a piece of foam with double sided tape that was coming out between at the front of the dash and wanted to make sure it would not lead to a bigger problem. Chris came out very quickly, had a great attitude, and insured me it was not part of the windshield installation, but something Subaru does. Subaru said it wasn't really needed, but he offered to replaced it anyway. Very happy with their work and customer service.

I trust the guys at Independence Auto Glass with all my automotive windshield needs. They replaced the windshield on my 2022 Prius in my work parking lot during a meeting so I experienced no down time at all. They arrived a few minutes early, calibrated the adaptive cruise control, and even vacuumed my car! These guys are amazing! We had a back window of my Yukon Shatter on our drive from Washington to Ashland and I called several places and Independence Auto glass was able to get a back window for our SUV and install it as we were driving thru town. Their customer service is AMAZING! We are so grateful for them. Recommend 10/10.

These guys are awesome. They were able to get me scheduled the day after my glass damage, and they came to me and did the job while I was at work. They are extremely quick, efficient, professional and really cool people. They even cleaned my other windows and vacuumed my car! I highly recommend them for your glass needs!

Great service! Fixed a chip in my class A rv windshield. On time and very professional. Much better price than the bigger company with the fancy jingle.
