I scheduled my appointment 3 weeks prior with the owner of the company. On my way to my appointment I called to let the service people know I was about ten minutes behind. Unfortunately this company does not update their information with Apple Maps and so their phone number and address are both incorrect. When I drove to the address listed for the business, I called again because I was sure I was lost. The owner answered the phone and rudely told me that is their OLD address. I then said something like “that would have been nice to know” because clearly I wouldn’t have driven the hour to the appointment to the old address if I had been informed they were no longer there. The business owner then informed me that I needed to go to another shop because she is sending my glass back. She then hung up when I asked her her name she replied IM THE OWNER OF THIS BUSINESS and hung up. I called back because I was genuinely baffled with how I was just treated and I wanted to know her name. Her name is “Notion” and I will gladly pay the higher cost to get my windshield replaced by a company who has a little more class. These guys are the BEST! I called them right away for a new windshield for my ‘64 Chevelle, which is a classic vehicle, when an owl smashed it to pieces! They not only had one in stock, they also came to me all the way in Shady Cove within 48 hours of calling to reinstall the new windshield. Took less than two hours to make the switch. Professional and friendly, Mike and Notion are a husband and wife team with great customer service! Thank you for getting me safely back on the road in such little time! Cost me less than $220 for the repairs.

I work full-time and go to school. I don’t have time to make an appointment to take my car to a shop. I had a rock chip with a small crack in the windshield of my car so I thought I would try a local company. I called Applegate Auto Glass and was pleasantly surprised both at the very affordable cost of a chip repair and by their willingness to work around my schedule and meet me at my work place. They arrived on time and were friendly and professional. The chip repair seems to be holding up. I would totally recommend this company!

Lived in the rogue valley for a couple of years and didn't really know who to call. Called safelite and other competitors, and was quoted $339. Called Applegate and was quoted $189.00. They offered mobile service and scheduled me the same week. They arrived early and only took 30 minutes to replace my front windshield on my jeep. Very professional, and only charged me $165.00. Professional, fast and very affordable. I called Applegate Auto Glass yesterday morning they showed up at my house today around did a great job in around 40 minutes in my driveway charged me $150.oo less than the cheapest competitor. They even went out of their way and helped my elderly neighbor find a place to fix his car alarm problem

I had a lot of reservations calling the lowest estimate, but I am very glad I took a chance. Mike and his wife replaced the passenger side windshield for my 1993 Winnebago, and did a superb job. They are a family owned and operated business, and the professional pride that they take in their work shows. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
