Horrible Customer Service.He will tell you several thing and then change his point of view several times be for he gets mad and hangs up on you.He replaced glass in a customers car for me then it became cracked.It had no chips at all what so ever so he was going to warranty it.He then states it was my shops fault that the hood edge hit it.The customer then let him know no the hood was already damaged where he pointed out.Next it was another reason.Then calls me says it is no ones fault and that it was because the car had previously been wrecked.So if you put glass in a car that you know was wreck prior to then why say they do get a warranty?Ryan I will fix this for you by a real glass man who will take care of my customers!2 other auto glass companies said it is on you and should be fixed with the warranty!Also he told my customer numerous times he will be there to fix it but then he would call and say I can't come I have another job to go do.(Warranty work comes first bud)Learn how to do business the right way!

Spoke to Ryan about replacing my windshield. Was super impressed by his knowledge and the questions he was asking. The fact that he could come out and do everything and I wouldn't have to take it to a shop was great. Told him to order my windshield and let me know when he got it in. That's when he dropped all communication. I called a week later, went to voicemail, left a message. Called the following day, left another message, nothing back. Texted the number, still nothing. Ended up going with a different company. Very disappointing. Was going to use him to fix my husband's window also.

My car was broken in to, and my passenger side window was busted. Safelight offered to repair it for like 400 bucks. I would also have to drive there and leave it for a day or two. I called Clear View Auto Glass up and he was able to come to my place of work, clean up the glass, and replace the window that day for basically half the price. After a few days of letting the glue set, the window is exactly how it was. He did a great job! He was always quick to respond and he worked with us on our busy schedule. It was super nice that he is mobile! The replacement windshield even came in but, when he went to pick it up he noticed there were scratches (on the new one)! So, he sent that one back and received a better one before installing the new windshield! Very good customer service, product knowledgeability, good communication, and he was very professional! Our next door neighbors decided to use him too! We highly recommend him!

The customer service was GREAT! Ryan was very polite on the phone and in person. When I called to schedule an appointment he apologized for not having any open that day but was quick to set me up first thing the next morning. He called before he showed up to let me know to expect him. He was very careful with my car which I am very greatful for. He also got the job done in a good amount of time and I wasn't waiting a long time! Overall amazing experience! I would refer any family/friend here!

We had a great experience with these guys!! Came to my location and were very professional and so nice and polite. They replaced my windshield and offered assistance afterward should I need anything. I did call them back because of a calibration issue but when they came back it was a settings issue and they showed me how to fix it should it happen again. They were also the best price of several I called for an estimate. I highly recommend Clearview Glass Replacement !!!
