This place is a mom and pop kinda of buisness. They not only met my expectations but exceeded them 10 fold. It's ran by Mom and her son now and if you've ever wondered if they are still open they are and doing great work! They showed up early had it done quickly and were friendly as ever! For reference I broke my rear sliding window out of my 07' Toyota Tundra. She explained that the 3 piece sliding window unit was 500 (privacy tinted) or there was a single pane (untinted) option. I said tinting won't be hard on a single unit. They showed up and said we found a tinted one for you. Didn't even charge extra for it. Paid 350 for the single option. Very disappointed. My fiancé and I made an appointment almost a week ago and the lady was nice and got us is as soon as she could. Awesome, no problem, she said it would be delivered and installed between 9-10am. However, the day came around and she called at 9:51 and was having trouble finding us. Not the problem, we sent her a pin of the location so we would be easier to find and we never heard back. We waited until about 10:30 to call her, she didn’t answer. Then we waited about 10 minutes for her to call back, she didn’t so we called her again. It’s now almost 2 in the afternoon and still NOTHING. Super unprofessional, super unreliable, I do not recommend unless you want to waist your time.

I tried to use this business. I called over a month ago and no response. Called a few times after that and gave up. They called back today finally and didn’t leave a message. When I text them, they said they never received a call from me but yet they call me and only respond to a text several hours later after telling them nevermind, I will pay more to someone else for actual customer service.

Made an appointment 7 days ago for her to give me a call at the time of the appointment with frustration because she couldn't use maps to locate our address. After the call I provided her with the exact pin to our location and after that I never heard from her again. I have a trip coming up this week and this is so unprofessional.

I have used Robinson and Safelite for my Jeep windshield replacements, and this is by far the best priced, best people come to your house, excellent customer service. These people are the Michael Jordan of windshield replacements!
