It just doesn't get much better than this. I made a few calls to find the best price on a Chevy 2001 windshield. Kaleb answered his own fone and allowed he would be able to come to my location and install for a good price add a processing fee if I used a card. He sounded busy but informed me he would have to aquire the windshield and then he would put us in his schedule text me a time later , I figured after the weekend, but at quiting time he texted me he had picked up the part and would be there to install in the afternoon , surprised me because it was a Saturday , nice , I passed the information to my wife and her two gal friends he would be there to get started before I could be back , no e problems he was 10 minutes early *right on time* and I never heard another thing except his son was working with him and he turned the truck around for more room , very professional and easy, hey sometimes it's refreshing to do business when the outfit knows what's up no BS and great job . I would recommend Kaleb to everyone who wants a windshield installed, thanks Mr.

These folks are very professional and excellent customer service. After installing my windshield they spotted a tiny flaw in the glass. They showed me the flaw and asked me if I wanted a replacement. The flaw was directly in front of drivers view, but it was so small I would not have seen it if they had not shown it to me. I will be calling on these folks for all my glass needs. I cannot recommend S & H Auto Glass enough! The owner went out of his way to help me work with my warranty company and took the time to speak with me on the phone and walk me through everything, which he absolutely did not have to do. His communication was great and he was so prompt with his emails and texts, which I greatly appreciated, and his workmanship is great! My experience with S&H was so excellent, that I felt the need to take time to write a 5-star review. I first called S&H on a Monday afternoon and my windshield was fully replaced (with tint) by 8:00 AM on Wednesday. Excellent service, answered all my questions, EXTREMELY fast, quality/clean work, did the job at my house, and he dealt directly with State Farm for me. I wish every business and service was this great to deal with! Thank you Caleb and my wife is happy because there's no more massive crack across her windshield! Excellent work.

Outstanding service and amazing to squeeze us into their schedule! We were passing through Norman and took a large stone to the windshield that produced over a foot and growing crack late Sunday evening. After a 7am call, some quick coordination in the morning, the windshield was in and fully calibrated by 11am after a 10am appt shuffle to squeeze us in. Incredibly grateful! Slight premium on price but it was immediate, mobile, and critical to get back on road. Huge thanks to Caleb and his wife!

The service was absolutely excellent. Quick, on time, clean and trustworthy. They came to the parking lot of my apartment complex and replaced my windshield in under 45 minutes and called me when they were done, I didn’t have to wait or keep an eye on the installment. Provided comprehensive care instructions for the installment. My out-of-state OU student somehow managed to need TWO window replacements within 2 weeks. S&H went above and beyond to take care of her. They were quick and did a courtesy crash wrap on Friday until they could fix the window on Monday. They responded very quickly via Facebook and text and sent a photo of the finished work. Their prices were fair, and they sent me the invoice via email so my student didn't need to be present at the car. I would highly recommend.
