I called on Wednesday for a front windshield replacement. They helped me to easily use my insurance claim, and Michael showed up on Friday. He was very friendly and quite efficient. He had to think outside the box to figure out why the A pillars weren’t going into place, but figured out how to accurately get them into place using a little ingenuity. Did a perfect job on my Explorer. Then I showed him a little issue I was having with both of my door pillar moldings coming loose. He told me, “no problem,” and very quickly repaired both of them, no charge. Quick and easy for a guy with his talent and experience, but would have been fairly difficult for me. Michael went above and beyond what was required of him, and I will always go to Caliber glass for any of my glass repair needs. I can highly recommend Caliber Glass, and especially Michael.

I called Caliber Auto Glass after a heavy basketball goal fell onto the windshield of my vehicle, crushing it. The representative was very kind and efficient in setting up an appointment. The very next day a technician, Terrance, came to my house and replaced the windshield quickly and professionally. He was very personable and polite. After installing the windshield, he thoroughly cleaned it and swept the tiny shards from the inside of the vehicle. I highly recommend Caliber Auto Glass! Carol R.

The technician was prompt, friendly, and professional. He explained the process and any future issues that may result from the cracked glass repair. He made sure I understood the process, and the possible outcome of the treatment. The crack was about 2 inches straight from the initial impact. After treatment I could only see a tiny dot at the initial impact site. I am very satisfied with the job and the technician. My dog even liked him.

We are satisfied with the results of our windshield repair. The spot was quite deep, and the technician managed to mostly fix it. I appreciated that he told me upfront that it would still have a tiny spot. He also told us if it started to spread to call the company, and they would repair it for free. The technician even cleaned the inside of the windshield which was very filmy. Above and beyond!

Installed the wrong windshield on my car. For starters, the VIN window is in the wrong place. The tech scraped the absolute crap out of the paint job on my hood with the wiper arms, and left adhesive junk all over the car including under the new windshield. 0/10 would not recommend Caliber Auto Glass. It is pretty clear that these folks are here to make a quick buck and/or are lazy.

Gary called hours prior to arriving and let me know his status of arrival. Once he arrived, it took less than 40 minutes to replace the window, and it looks great. Communication with Caliber was really easy, and the employees/customer service lines were really nice. I’d recommend just calling a day ahead to book an appointment for the following day.

Showed up when he said he'd be here. Told us how long it would take and finished a few minutes early. Did a great job. Technician was ver friendly, polite and informative. Told us previous windshield installation in my vehicle was done incorrectly and showed us why. Great experience!

I called late Friday, and they set me up to have my windshield replaced Monday!!! Eddie came to our house with the windshield and had it replaced with 45 minutes. It looks great. He was efficient and kind. Thank you for taking care of me!

After a debacle with insurance and needing my windshield replaced affordably and quickly, I reached out to Caliber Glass. They scheduled me super fast, and the technician, Eli, was efficient and professional. A great experience!

This business was very rude and inconsiderate of anyone around them. They have pore manners and definelty need to have their service technicians evaluated to see if they are qualified enough for the position.
