Optic-Kleer Auto Glass

I went here back in September because my window got stuck down. I initially went just to get a quote, and the service I received went above and beyond. However, since September, my window has gotten stuck three times, and now it completely doesn't work. Additionally, the people working here broke screws off my door panel! Now I'm in a completely different state, about to spend more money somewhere else for better services due to this company's flaws! This place is terrible! I must add, after I got my window fixed, a week later it got stuck down again, and I had to return to the place for them to fix it (I HAD TO PAY MORE MONEY FOR THEM TO FIX IT).

I had to get a new windshield for my Infiniti Q56. I didn't know it but it had some sensors and plug-ins in the windshield. Opti-kleer knew exactly what to do when Safelite Auto had no clue. I'm glad I went with the local guy in Edmond. The windshield look great and he also has another service which cleans up fog looking headlights. Mine were really bad you couldn't even tell what was on the inside of the headlights. He bought them out any put all these coats of clear stuff on it and they look brand new. I can't believe it and it was only like 130 bucks. THE BEST!! I can't praise this company enough!!! I recently had a rock hit my windshield that was directly in my driving line of site. It was determined that the windshield should be replaced. I contacted 3 other companies (2 were nationwide companies, and 1 other local that did not answer my call). The 2 nationwide companies talked like I was just "another customer in line". I feel like it was devine intervention when Kenneth (owner) answered my call on the 2nd ring and made me feel like I was his most important customer ever, giving me full attention, listening to me about what I needed, then telling me every detail of what the process would be. There was never a time when I felt like just another customer to put on hold and wait in line. I went in 2 days later (it took one day to order and receive the new windshield). Upon my arrival, my car was immediately taken into their garage and the process started! I chose to wait in their office. Start to finish, less than 2 hrs., and it was done!...removed the old, installed the new and calibrated all the technology features (A LOT!) connected to the windshield. Kenneth took time to explain everything that was done, and I received a copy of the detailed receipt showing everything that was done. He also took care of filling my insurance claim. I cannot remember when I last felt like I was a company's most important customer! (And I always like to support our hometown businesses! They always work harder to earn our business than most nationwide companies!) Kenneth, you and your crew deserve a ton of big stars!!! Optic-Kleer Auto Glass is hands-down the best place in Edmond to go if you need an auto window replaced! I was distraught and panicked after my car window was bashed out by burglars yesterday, so my Ma took the liberty of finding this place (taking that task off of my hands/worried mind) who was able to get me in the very next day (today, as of yesterday) when she called and the gentleman there scheduled me for 8am the very next morning when she called at around 3pm the day before, which no other place was able to do at the time, and which was a relief because it really stinks to have one's car not enclosed by windows where all the A/C one is blasting is getting wasted by quite literally "going out the window"; nevermind the lack of security of the contents of one's vehicle when things like this happen. Incredibly and reasonably priced as well as friendly and quick service from what [I think, if not mistaken] is the nice couple that runs this place. They also gave me good referrals to other window specialists for tinting and a cracked windshield replacement (who are in the adjacent garages next to this place, which kind of makes this area of Edmond a one-stop-shop in some ways), which is a much-wanted project of mine I'll have to financially undertake when I can, even though the referrals this gentleman gave are supposed to be as equally-and-fairly priced as he is. It's good to know that I now "have my guy" for any window replacement needs going forward. Thank you! 5 stars and two thumbs up!

If you need windshield work done, this is your place. My rear view mirror was literally dangling by the electronic wiring. I bring my car in and Kenneth immediately greets me with nothing but kindness. He had an idea of something that would work, so he informed me on the method he was gonna try. Went over it in every detail and made sure I was cool with it. I had tried every way I knew to get this mirror back onto the windshield but nothing worked. He opened up a brand new special type of adhesive glue I believe it was, just to try it out. It started pouring rain and he was out there working on my mirror for me. Once he got it sealed back up to the windshield, he informed me on what steps to take next. He didn’t even charge me for his work or time. He said “I’m in the business of helping and taking care of people, and this was exactly the case, so you’re good!” After trying to convince him to let me at least give him something for his time, I finally gave up. Kenneth is the man, and I’m sure everyone else over there is great as well. It’s now been a little over a month since he worked on my mirror and I’m pretty sure it’s better than it was brand new from the factory. Absolutely wonderful service! I requested a quote and appointment on a Thursday and Kenneth was able to get my car in the very next morning at HALF the price of what other windshield replacement/repair shops charge. He replaced my entire windshield in less than two hours and was kind enough to get rid of the build up on my car battery as well. ALSO he provides free rock chip repair on any windshield he replaces for as long as you own the car! It’s so rare to find someone who truly wants to give you the best, quality service while sparing your bank account. I had a major concern about my front windshield.on my brand new car I popped by for help, they were very busy I asked the lady at the counter if someone could give me an opinion. the owner came out incredibly professional and personable. Told him my story he went back in the shop to get a waffle pattern micro fiber towel and special foam window cleaner, he took his time and literally cleaned the outside and inside of my window while explaining auto glass and not to worry about my windshield it was just fine. The owner, I can’t recall his name but I will always remember him and his auto glass company and his genuine passion to help this old man. He will be my go to guy for all things auto glass. Best auto glass shop in Edmond, hands down. I needed a full windshield replacement after mine was shattered. Called around to all the nearby auto shops and they all had weeks-long waitlists, but here I was able to get an appointment within a few days. They got the new windshield installed in just a few hours, replaced my pikepass and the stickers I still needed, and cleaned up some bits of glass inside that I missed, all for a super reasonable price. Kenneth was extremely courteous and professional, even offered to pick me up and give me a ride to the shop when my car was ready. I had Optic-Kleer of Edmond replace my windshield on 12-27-24. I have waited a couple of months to make sure I have no problems with the replacement. I am very happy with the work that Kenneth and his team did replacing and recalibrating the windshield. Kenneth ordered the correct windshield. My car has 3 different windshields depending on the options on the vehicle. They provided me with a quote and that is exactly what I paid for the job. His team was ready for me at my appointment time. I waited in the lobby while it was being replaced. They kept me informed along the way. I was out of there in a little over an hour. I can’t say enough how AWESOME this company is! I just bought a new car and before I could even make a payment the windshield cracked. I called and set up an appointment and didn’t say I had the lane departure/cameras. So I show up and they have to order a new windshield and it was double the price (understandable). The owner was so nice that he took $300 off! I was about to cry! I have had a day (nothing to do with my car) and he didn’t know that…but he said the Lord was just telling him to help me out!
