Windshields Plus

I contacted Windshields Plus to replace the windshield and sunroof glass in my Avalanche. Jason was very helpful and gave me a very competitive price to do the work. I told him I would have them do the work. I had to get my Avalanche from another shop where I had taken it after receiving the hail damage. When I contacted the other shop, I was told I had a large storage. They told me they could replace the windshield and sunroof glass for about $200 more than Windshields Plus and would waive the storage fee. Unfortunately, I had to tell Jason I would have to let the other shop do the work. He was very gracious and said that he understood and would be able to cancel or return the parts he had ordered for my Avalanche. I would highly recommend Windshields Plus and will use them in the future for any windshield replacement.

Was in town for a week recently and had noticed a chip in my windshield. I found Windshields Plus through filing the claim with my insurance and couldn’t be happier. Jason is genuine, no frills, and knows his stuff. He came out to where I was staying and looked at the windshield and let me know what his thoughts were based on experience. He was patient, answered all my questions, and let me take the time I needed to decide what to do. I decided it was best to go ahead and replace it. Within 2 days, I had a new great looking, well installed windshield and the process could not have gone more smoothly. It’s easy to see why they’re so highly rated, and my review won’t be an exception. I highly recommend Windshields Plus!

Reached out to the awesome peeps over at Windshields Plus on Friday after getting a really gnarly rock chip in my windshield (that just added to the menagerie of chips, scratches and a HUGE crack across the whole thing.) Jason got me scheduled asap and were able to give me a replacement while I waited for a great price. The guys that I met (Jason and Zach) were very kind and helped me get my baby back on the road fast! Just in time for my road trip tomorrow. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Will definitely be back, if necessary, in the future! If you need windshield repair or replacement… THESE ARE YOUR PEOPLE! They will take care of you like family. Thanks again, guys! Great customer service and fast turnaround. There’s a reason why they’re the highest reviewed auto windshield shop in OKC. I’ve gotten my windshield replaced twice by two reputable shops. First one, was Stop-A-Crack in southern OKC. They took 4-5 hours to replace my windshield on my 2015 Toyota 4Runner and I was driving around with tape on my windshield for two days (not a big deal to some). Second time was at Windshield Plus, and they blew them out of the water. Turnaround time was just under 2 hours, and I don’t have to drive around with tape because of the quality of the adhesive they use for their windshields. 5/5, would go again. Look no further people, this shop is top-tier, if not the best in Oklahoma.

Thank you, Zach, for your exceptional customer service, friendliness and professionalism. This is a rarity in our world today! In addition, Zach was respectful to others in the windshield repair business. I called to inquire about a chip repair and Zach said I could stop in that morning. Zach quickly repaired my windshield while I waited. A few minutes after I left, he called to say I'd left my water bottle behind, so I returned to get it. He was waiting out in the street and handed it off - how's that for unexpected curb-side service? I highly recommend Windshields Plus and have already shared my experience with family and friends. Thanks again to Zach for repairing my chip and retrieving my water bottle!

TLDR: Use Windshields Plus, they are great. These guys are so much better than Safelite. I had no issues and was able to schedule my appointment, get in, and get out with no problems whatsoever. It's cheaper than most other places that could fix a windshield on a Honda Clarity as well. Jason is great with keeping everything moving and is a professional. The last time I had a windshield replaced, Safelite jerked me around for a month as the cracks in my windshield spread, and they didn't bother to keep me in the loop. This time, I called Jason, who got my car's info and had me scheduled within the week. Good guys, good service, good pricing, worth it.

I had my windshield replaced last week by Windshields Plus in Edmond. I was very impressed by their service and attention to detail. The general manager, Jason, was very friendly and knowledgeable with providing accurate price quotes and answering all of my questions. They calibrated the technology on my 2019 Hona Pilot, and everything works correctly. The new windshield looks great. They were able to get my suv in quickly within a few days and saved me a lot of money over the dealership prices. I highly recommend this shop. I never write reviews, but I was very impressed with this business.

My wife was at a horse show in Guthrie and had her truck broken into and a window was busted out. My wife had a friend with her whose truck was also broken into the same way. We are from LA and had no idea who to use. We got in touch with Jason and he found the glass he needed and found a way to get their trucks all fixed up the same day I called. He went meet them at the Lazy E and did the job on site. They were prompt, polite and did a very professional job. I hated to meet them under such bad circumstances but I am sure glad that we did. Great people and great service.

I couldn't be happier with my experience! I got quotes from three different companies, and this place was by far the most reasonable. From the moment I contacted them to the time I drove away with my brand-new windshield, the customer service was nothing short of exceptional—truly an 11 out of 10. They made the entire process seamless and stress-free. I sent a text, scheduled an appointment, dropped my car off and picked it up a few hours later. When I need service again, I won't even bother looking anywhere else. Highly recommended!

Zach and the staff at Windshields Plus are absolutely amazing! I would go here over and over if I needed to. Knock on wood, lol. Zach is kind, friendly, professional, and has a heart of gold! I had to wait with my vehicle and Zach offered to give me a ride home and to pick me up when it was done. I chose to wait and they kept me informed every step of the way. Offered me refreshments. Overall it was an outstanding experience. 10/10 recommend!
