Elite Auto Glass

I had rock fly into my windshield from a dump truck and was in shock with a cracked windshield. I scramble around to find a place to replace the glass and ~almost~ went with Safelite; until stumbled upon Elite Auto Glass. It was literally half the price AND comes with a warranty as long as you own the glass! I was able to get scheduled 2 days from the incident, during a hot, extremely busy week (other shops were booked full until Thursday at least) Whenever he got out here, he had my cracked window out and replaced within an hour and a half. They don't overcharg and they do a fantastic job. I was new to Oklahoma when I needed the windshield replaced on my Charger. I started asking locals who they've used and Elite was the answer i received from virtually everyone. I contacted them and had a new windshield the next day. Since then he has replaced the windshield in 3 of my vehicles and the door glass in my show car. I've lived all over the country and would happily drive back to Oklahoma just for the wonderful Customer service and excellent prices!

I was referred here by Fowler Toyota. 1) Tony quoted a price for windshield repair 2) Tony called back, raised quote $, agreed on price. 3) no show on scheduled service 4) no phone call or return of my messages and it has been 3 days. 5) This business is not physically located @ 409 N Aspen Ave in Broken Arrow as listed in their info.This is my experience with this company in 10/2020.NegativeProfessionalism

He arrived quickly thereafter, was polite, and completed my windshield replacement in ~30 minutes.
