I had rock fly into my windshield from a dump truck and was in shock with a cracked windshield. I scramble around to find a place to replace the glass and ~almost~ went with Safelite; until stumbled upon Elite Auto Glass. It was literally half the price AND comes with a warranty as long as you own the glass! I was able to get scheduled 2 days from the incident, during a hot, extremely busy week (other shops were booked full until Thursday at least) Whenever he got out here, he had my cracked window out and replaced within an hour and a half. They don't overcharg and they do a fantastic job. I'll be recommending them to anyone I know with glass issues, and if you're reading this I recommend it to you too!PositivePunctuality, Quality, Professionalism, Value

The worst customer service. While I waited for three and half hours to get a service done that was supposed to to be 1-2 hours, two men came back, separate services and parts had fallen off their cars driving on hwy. So it was cold couldn’t wash my new Mazda since I had a windshield repair for 24 hours. Once I did I seen a scratch on hood, I called, sent a tech out to take pics. He specifically told me when they replaced my wipers that they rubbed paint off on hood. This is brand new car. I’ve called 5 times and manager won’t speak on phone to me. Said he sent an email stating it’s not their issue. The scratch wasn’t there til they redid the service. The fact I didn’t get the email. (No not on spam) was very unprofessional of them. I will now have to pay to get fixed and I won’t ever use them or recommend again. Won’t be using the warranty of any of my services. You need a new manager. You suck!!!
