I have had D&W auto glass fix 3 of my vehicles over the last 20 years. The latest service was 2-18-25 on my 2017 RAM 1500, I took it to them & told them that my back sliding rear window was leaking & through my research RAM'S have a problem with the rear window frame cracking causing a leak, So when I made the initial appointment I had them order me a whole new sliding rear window assembly. Lucky for me D&W is an honest, family owned & operated business that cares about their customers because even though I had them order the whole window frame they thoroughly leak tested my back window & frame and determined that it was not leaking . They found out what was leaking was my rear brake light assembly on the top of my extended cab , so instead of me having to spend almost 800$ my bill turned out to be only 120$ and some change for a brake light assembly installed. Very happy customer!!!!! Highly recommend A&W AUTO GLASS !!!!

Dropped a 1993 c/k 3500 dually 140k nv4500 5speed 6.5 Turbo Diesel the kind of truck guys search years for. You did fantastic on the windshield I'm no liar but they back up with my door open and a welded hinge on the truck is paying the price for it now. With paint damage and body damage as well. Idk if they thought I wouldn't notice when I walked out to the truck to get in AFTER PAYING. and my door damn near falls off straight out of a movie shit. Can't make it up. I tried talking to the owner and he denied denied denied bbb called police report taken and insurance claim. But I honestly didn't want to go that route just wanted my truck the same as when I dropped it off. Only with a new windshield witch I paid for but now I have much more headaches and repairs and I don't appreciate it one bit

Stopped by 6 weeks ago to have 3 pieces of plate glass cut. Lady out front stated they wouldn't be ready for 10 days. I called at 10 days, was told they were still working on it. Waited another 3 days, still working on it. I haven't checked back, and they never called. Apparently they aren't equipped or lack the tools/knowledge on plate glass cutting and were just too cowardly to let me know instead of wasting my time.NegativePunctuality, ProfessionalismServicesService not listed

It took about a week for our new windshield to come in, but they were about half the price than the other windshield replacement facilities. After less than 3 hours, our new windshield was done. We were told to avoid car washes and pressure washing for a few days. I’ve inspected the windshield and the seals closely and they look great! Thank you for your fast and professional service. My husband brought our car to this company after Walmart messed up our driver's side window during a oil change. The staff was extremely kind and immediately fixed the window and had us on our way quickly. We were from out of town and this window issue could have cost us a half of day of our vacation and a expensive repair. Thank you for your quick help and extremely reasonable rates! We made it to cedar point and had a great time!

Went in for a mirror replacement. Staff was polite and helpful, service was prompt and of good quality, and the price definitely could not be beat. Definitely a satisfied customer! Took 3 weeks to get an appointment and when I arrived was informed they didn't have my windshield and they couldn't work on the car. No attempt to call me in advance of the appointment . Completely incoherent excuse offered and nothing else for my 40 mile wasted roundtrip. I wanted to give small business my business but this one should go out of business. I'm still in shock.

Honda air conditioning work, they tore front end/grill off to work on compressor. After ruining many of the plastic grill parts and causing more issues with the a/c I had to have another company do the repairs. Found that removing the front grill is not needed or normal. It cost more to fix their mistakes than the compressor cost.

My back window on my Ford Edge shattered for no reason! I was afraid to drive it to the shop so they came after work and picked it up!! I was so impressed and grateful and I was able to pick it up the next day! They did an awesome job and to have a locally owned shop is Mansfield is such a Blessing! I highly recommend D&W glass!!

Had a window replaced after someone busted mine out. Been a year or so now and they left broken glass inside the frame and now the driver window they replaced is so scratched up. Waste of money!!!
