Haidet's Auto Glass

When I heard the dreaded sound of a stone hitting my windshield of my less than 4 month old SUV, I feared a full windshield replacement was in my future, as the immediate star-shaped chip was on the driver's side. Before I called my insurance company, I researched glass replacement companies as I did not want to be swayed into who my insurance company suggested. Cue finding Haidet's Glass Company. Their reviews spoke for themselves. Many proven happy customers from a small local business. Huge positive in my book. Yes I was going to have to drive my vehicle there myself, as they do not do "onsite repair," but I've had a couple of those companies attempt repairs years ago and inevitably ended turning into a full replacement each time, so I've never been a fan of those. So after I knew Haidet's was the place for me, I called my insurance company and reported the damage. They attempted to recommend a very popular "drive to your location company" that they partner with. I quickly advised I'd be using Haidet's due to much higher review ratings and they should check that other company's online ratings in comparison. I was connected with Haidet's immediately and scheduled for 2 days later, after my work hours to accommodate me. The repair turned out wonderful and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. No mess to my windshield and can barely see where the chip was. The ladies at the counter were very friendly as well. Great small business for all your glass needs!

I should start off by saying, I did not stop by Haidet's Glass as a customer. I lost a tire on 62 while passing their location, and stopped inside to see if I could change my tire in their parking lot. The gentlemen inside not only allowed me to change my tire there, they also let me borrow one of their floor jacks to do so, so that I wouldn't waste all morning using my screw jack. If this is the way they treat random people who are not interested in purchasing from them, I would love to see how they treat their customers. I will be going to them for any glass needs I may have in the future.

I believe Haidits did an outstanding job replacing my windshield! They beat the price of the corporate business I had planned on going to. They were extremely kind, genuine, hard working individuals who seem to truly care about their work. I was actually happy to give them my business. Hopefully my windshield stays forever and I never have to go back. But if I had to, I would be happy to return. My windshield for broken on Thursday night, I called on a Friday morning and victor got me in Saturday morning to repair it so it wouldn’t get broken worse . Amazing service ! I have gone to Haidet's Glass for years. Recently Victor ordered a piece of custom cut glass I needed. What a great experience...cut right, on time and at a reasonable price! I can't say enough good things about this place! They offered to drop me off at home so I wouldn't be stranded there until my husband got off work but, when I told them I had a 2yr old they offered to pick up & drop off my car! They had my car back very quickly even though I told them to take their time because I was going to be home all day. I'll definitely use them again if anything happens to my windshield again!

Victor was so nice and honest with me I was looking for a 23 and 5/8 round piece of glass or Plexiglas for my patio table and he found what I was looking for and had it ready for pick up that day I will use them and recommend them to all great people makes you want to return for your needs,we need more people who are honest and friendly thank you again Victoria you made my day may God bless you and your staff

When the rear door glass broke on my 2016 Chevy Traverse, I called around several shops and couldn't get an appointment for days or got high quotes. I should have called Haidet's first! I was on a tight schedule with unique circumstances and they went out of their way to help me find a solution quickly and at a very fair price. Great owner, great staff, great shop. Haidet's is the one and only place I will take my vehicles for glass repair or replacement. They are respectful, knowledgeable, friendly, and clean. They always do excellent work. Even after moving over an hour away I still drive back to Canton when I need my windshield repaired or replaced! They work well with insurance companies, I highly recommend them!
