I was initially very happy saving $100-$150 over the competitors but I understand quickly why that price was available. As soon as It get warm in Ohio the antenna fell off the windshield and I took a better look at the job that was completed. There is excess glue on both sides of the window on the A posts, There is oils on the A post Covers, and overall just not a very professional job. The ladies upfront are very knowledgeable and helpful but I’m not sure that makes up for the technicians lack of care to the service and product. If you need a quick window fixed on a car you don’t care about this is the place, however if it is a nice car and he wanted to look professional I would look elsewhere.NegativeQualityServicesAuto windshield replacement

Is had a windshield replaced in a 2015 grand Cherokee.They chipped the hood and pried the cow panel back instead of removing resulting in a warped panel that vibrated at highway speeds and sounded terrible. When taken back in they glued the panel back down so it wouldn't make noise and denied the chipping. The pannel looked absolutely horrible and they were happy with the work. Did a great job on putting my windshield in. Terrible customer service. An yea I'm one of the customers who got there vehicle scratched. Left broken glass on my carpets that he had an excuse for. Glue on my mirrors an dashboard. If you take your car to them I suggest you take photos an stay there until its done. I just so happen to pull up an seen my truck was done. I was happy to save money compared to the competitors, but it wasn't worth it. No one told me I would still be able to see the chip very visibly after the work was done. I was told that "won't spread any further ". I would rather have spent my money on a new windshield if that was the case. Maybe they should take the time to explain that BEFORE the work was done. This place is amazing when it comes to difficult problems that do arise in something that should be a simple process. I have a 2023 Honda Ridgeline and the manufacturer defect on camera mount was off so after three windshields in place the manufacturer sent the non defective part, everything recalibrated and good to go. I personally recommend their services for windshield repair.!!

Their driver cut me off and almost made me get into an accident when I had the right of way. Very unprofessional especially when you have your company’s logo on your van.
