Safety Auto Glass

My dealership doesn’t do glass replacement so they referred me to Safety Auto Glass. I’m so grateful that they did. We had a great experience. From the first phone call, they were fast and worked with my insurance to get my windshield replaced ASAP! The replacement time was about 2 hours and we were going to wait in the office but, Sandy ran us down the road to a local restaurant to have breakfast while we waited. Awesome breakfast and by the time we were finished, so was the car. Highly recommend this business because of the great service, the great quality work they did to my vehicle, and for the extra care they took to make sure we were comfortable!

Called spoke w/Sandy and she took my information & got back to me immediately very fair and honest pricing compared to some of the crooks out there providing same service and parts! Brian was my technician and work was done at my residence. Brian was very polite & well knowledged as I’ve been around auto body all my life. He had to make 2 trips as the glass I had installed and ordered was wrong. Brian ordered the correct glass through his company and was back out the next day to install it and I was only charged for 1 trip! I definitely would use this company again and highly recommend them for their honesty professional and reasonable pricing!

What a great place! We needed a windshield replacement, and Sandy was on top of it every step of the way! She answered all the questions and made the whole process easy. I had LOTS of questions, and she was patient, professional, thorough, and very pleasant every time. Answered EVERY text!!! Great communication, and that is very important to me. They did the work while my son waited, and it took barely any time at all. And the price was right! Very reasonable, substantially less than every other place I contacted. Do NOT break your windshield. But if you DO, absolutely take it to Safety Auto Glass!

I am so happy my GPS took me to Safety Auto Glass instead of where I thought It was taking me. Not like replacing a window is something you want to do, but I have two different vehicles need windshields replaced in the past 3 months. I have had both done by Safety Auto Glass in Brunswick. The staff is amazing, easy to work with, open with what they are doing and the quality of work is above the rest. Other than no crack anymore, you can not tell they were even in your vehicle or working on the outside of it. I hope to never need a window again, but no thought will be needed on where I go. Thank you for the great work.

I couldn’t have had a better experience here ! They took a crappy situation and didn’t make it worse. A rock hit my windshield Friday later afternoon. I stopped in to see if it could be fixed- Sandy at the front was swamped (a multi tasking QUEEN!) but she still greeted me with a smile! Told me to come back early the next week and took care of it seamlessly. In and out, actually did what they said - how businesses should be run :)

Had a big chip in the windshield from a rock on the highway. By the time I got home it became a big crack. Called around and Safety had the best prices and were very pleasant to talk to. Had my windshield replaced the same day at a very fair price. Super happy!! I have since used them a couple more times on my other vehicles and the experience was pleasant as always. Thank you!!

Needed a windshield replaced in my Ford F-350 due to a major crack going across my entire windshield. Every aspect of their service was superb and the quality of the windshield is excellent. One of the staff, Sandy, even drove me to a local breakfast place while I waited. I highly recommend this business and will definitely be sharing this gem with friends and family.

Excellent customer service from the first phone call. Gave me a great price on a new windshield and had me in the following Tuesday morning after I called on Friday. Sandy even drove me home since I live so close while I waited on my car to be done then came and picked me up when my car was finished. I highly recommend them and would give them 10 stars if I could.

This family-owned auto-glass repair shop made the process of getting a new windshield completely painless. They helped me make a call to my insurance company and all I had to do at that point was drop off in the morning one day and they had a brand new windshield in my car by the afternoon. Very professional and courteous staff.
