My car was broken into and they smashed out the back passenger window. My insurance company recommended I call Safelite AutoGlass to replace the window. I scheduled online. It was a pretty easy process. I had several notifications about my upcoming appointment and who my technician will be with a phot of my Technician, Tom. Which made me feel very safe knowing who to look for. Tom called ahead before he headed my way. Tom & his Assistant, Justin were extremely professional, courteous, and so kind. They answered all the questions I had. Explained they process of what they were doing along the way. They replaces my rear window glass quickly and thoroughly cleaned up all the glass. My dealership doesn’t do glass replacement so they referred me to Safety Auto Glass. I’m so grateful that they did. We had a great experience. From the first phone call, they were fast and worked with my insurance to get my windshield replaced ASAP! The replacement time was about 2 hours and we were going to wait in the office but, Sandy ran us down the road to a local restaurant to have breakfast while we waited. Awesome breakfast and by the time we were finished, so was the car. Highly recommend this business because of the great service, the great quality work they did to my vehicle, and for the extra care they took to make sure we were comfortable!
