If I could give this company 10 stars I would! Late in the AM someone smashed out one of the windows on my car. The inside of the car was covered in glass and rain predicted in the forcast for the next few days so I was in a panic. I reached out to several different companies right away and Sharky's was not only the first I was able to get someone to answer the phone, they were also able to come by my house later that day for the replacement. I am so impressed with both the speed and the quality of the service. Not to mention they were a better price than the other big companies you always see the commercial for. I hope I don't have another broken window, but if I do, I'm calling Sharky's.

I highly recommend Sharky’s Auto glass, have had all my cars serviced there. They saved our trip the other year when we found our windshield smashed in from a tree branch, they were able to get it done the next day right before our annual beach trip. ( vacation savers!!) Just recently I needed my windshield fixed and called Sharky’s for a quote, instead of just calling me back Bobby and his employee stopped by my house to check it out and were able to get it fixed on the stop! They have amazing customer service, communication, knowledge about what they do and they will always get it done right. If you want your car done right count on Sharky’s to do that for you!

Stop scrolling and call Sharky's now! Bobby is the most knowledgeable auto glass person I've ever met. I called over 30 places across NC looking for glass for an early 90s car I had. No one could find it and most just brushed me off. After about 5min on the phone with Bobby he found the glass and got it here from Boston in like a week! The install was perfect, he called the the day before to schedule it, called me that morning to confirm and got it done. Even with the special order he came in lower than Safelite. Call Sharky's first!

Bobby was able to come out next day after I had a run in with a Deer 🦌. I got quotes and his was in line with others for the work. What sets Sharky's from the rest of the companies is there desire to go above and beyond for the customer. Before I asked he started to work on quotes for replacement headlights, rear view mirror, side window ect. Sharky's isn't just there for just a windshield. They can do much more! Thanks again for the great service! My goats 🐐 were also very interested 🤣 in the work!

Recently, I used Sharky's Auto Glass for the third time to replace a windshield. I was able to get an appointment quickly for in-home replacement. The technician came when he said he would and expertly removed the broken glass and installed a new windshield, replaced decals, and installed the rear-view mirror. He was obviously very experienced and explained various procedures to me as he worked. I will definitely use him in the future and will continue to recommend Sharky's to friends.

My wife has been using Sharky's exclusively for about 10 years, so when her windshield got badly cracked while she was away that's where I went. Bobby spends extra time trying to save customers money and will provide great detail on the nuances of newer vehicles with multiple electrical interfaces so you can understand how all these things work and what you might or might not need so you can maximize value and be confident that you're getting what you need at the best price.

Bobby did an excellent job replacing the windshield in my daughter’s 1989 Camry. Upon removal of the old glass, repairs were made to prep for the new glass. Bobby went the extra mile and removed some rust that was beneath the old glass. Some shops would caulk right over that and call it a day. I appreciated Bobby’s attention to detail, wealth of knowledge, and punctuality. I have other vehicles that I’ll be taking to him in the future.

Bobby replaced my driver's side window today and was kind enough to talk me through the task as I was very interested in seeing how it was done. Also fixed a minor cosmetic concern with my windshield and taught me a fix for a mechanical issue with another window on the car. Will definitely return if I have any glass issues in the future and will spread the word to others! Small business owners ROCK! Thanks, Bobby!

Awesome! Finally someone helped! Bobby went above and beyond to help me find the window for my car. After calling over a dozen places that told me they couldn't help me. Not only did he help me find it, he found it at the absolute cheapest price and and came to my house to install it as soon as it arrived!!! Bobby replaced the windshield on my wife's 2022 Honda Accord Hybrid. He was flexible with scheduling the work. He arrived at my house around the time we agreed, and he performed the work efficiently. But most of all, his pricing was significantly better than other service providers. Bobby has replaced several windshields for me. He is definitely my go to for windshield replacements.
