I had a surface chip on the windshield. It did not penetrate more than the surface but the small chip was rough to the touch and was something I figured I would see if it could be smoothed out. I emailed Troy and he got back to me same day. I emailed a picture and he shot me a quote right over email. In short he made arrangements to come to my place of work, make the repair and handled everthing mobile. He minimzed the chip and smoothed it out. He saw one other small chip and did that too. The chip is now more of a small spot. I am pleased with the job done, a very fair price and the fact he came to me. Troy's work was neat and complete. Thank you

Derek with Arrow did a great job our windshield for a company vehicle but more importantly his communication puts him above the rest. I knew before he was arriving, when he was arriving and when he was finished! He even took the time to remove a neighborhood decal from my old windshield and install it on the new windshield. Updated review: They made this situation right. I did have to go back but they made it right and corrected the issue. I changed my review from 1 star to 4 because of that to be fair. They called me to personally notify me that the window was there and ready for me. I am satisfied! Org Review: If I could give them 0 stars I would. They don’t deserve 1 star. Waste or time, effort, and money. Drove almost 1hr 30min and arrived for a 10am appointment only to be told they didn’t get the glass replacement for my window. Waited there 30 min for them to locate the window. Wants me to come back at 4pm. My time and gas that I put in my vehicle didn’t mean anything!

I got into an accident on Friday and my windshield was shattered. I called so many places and the prices were through the roof and some places I never even got a call back. I called Auto Glass Pros on SATURDAY evening and they were here on time on MONDAY. Michael and the other guy (wish I would’ve gotten his name) were SO PLEASANT, PROFESSIONAL, and FAST. It only took an hr for them to fix it. They even re-tied my hood down with rope for me because I had it held together with a scarf (don’t judge, I had to work with what I had on the side of the highway lol). I rarely make time to leave a review, but working with Anthony and Ethan was so much more than just a "satisfactory" experience. Both of these gentleman are honest, professional, and place their customers best interest in the forefront. Called and got an appointment booked within days, Ethan came on site and replaced my windshield while I was at work, and charged me about half of what any other company was quoting, and that price was quoted for my vehicle to be dropped off at their facility for repair. No one wants a chip in their windshield. When mine happened it was the first time ever so I called my insurance company who put me in touch with someone who they have handle all their glass issues. I could choose between one or two mobile companies, but I went with Calliber. They sent me an email right away and I got a call right away. I got a text the day before letting me know, and confirming that someone would be calling for my appointment on my schedule day, which happened to be a few days after I initially called and provided the claim. Scott gave me a call first thing in the morning, let me know he was on his way and was gonna be about 20 minutes. We met in the driveway and he fixed that stone chip right up! Scott repaired my windshield expertly and made sure it was as perfect as it could be. He was kind he was friendly. He was knowledgeable and he was good at what he does. I appreciate it that Calliber had this mobile service as I am not close to a big city and I stay at home and leaving the kids just didn’t seem like a good idea. I’m thankful the Calliber for having the mobile service and for coming and repairing my stone chip in my windshield. I highly recommend them.

I don't know why this company doesn't show up on page 1 of Google results, because they do excellent work (at your own home or office) and cost almost 50% less than the big chains that advertise on TV. I had a huge crack on the windshield of my 2008 Ford Ranger and no insurance coverage on glass. I got quotes from two of the national chains for the same-ish (about $400 total). Then I found Glassnique. They didn't have a lot of reviews, but the ones they had were good, so I gave them call. They were in my driveway two days after I called and replaced the windshield for $231 total. The guys were nice, professional and knew what they were doing so well, they barely had to speak to one another... it was like watching a well choreographed performance. I asked if they were always so quiet and - they are - and it's so that no idle chit-chat distracts them from the job and has them miss a step or take longer then needed. I don't leave many reviews, but these guys were good, inexpensive and deserve the world to know. I hope I don't get and cracks or chips in the future, but if I do, I'll definitely call Glassnique again.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Beyond fantastic small business! I did not get the names of the employees that came out and did the work, but they are some of the most professional, kind, and detail oriented individuals you will ever meet. On-time, very communicative, and extremely high quality level in their work. They did a full windshield replacement in my 2013 Toyota Camry. Prices are substantially lower than Safelite or the big companies, as well as no extraneous charge for them coming to your location like Safelite. You will not be disappointed! Do not ever use Safelite again or one of the other big companies. Please see all the other reviews, as they are completely true. I will NEVER use another service for auto glass other than Howard's Auto Glass!
