Spoke to Bill and set up a replacement windshield for my 2009 WRX. He made the whole replacement very simple, quick, lowest price and even assisted me with the claim through my insurance. His team did a excellent job and I can be very picky when it comes to my car! Updated: Cracked my windshield when a rock hit it going down the highway. Called Bill to see if he could fill the glass before it got worse. He told me to come by, the same day, so he could take a look. 20 minutes later he had it filled and good to go. Excellent customer service!! I am a customer for life and have sent several of my friends and family to him.

I can't express how grateful I am for Registers Auto Glass for their work and their kindness. Only a day after driving my new car home from the dealership, I got a pretty ugly chip in the windshield on the highway. I called around for a few days to many places for help; most were unavailable for weeks or were not comfortable working with a car this new out of fear of making it worse or dealing with tech/calibration issues; I was devastated and nervous that it would crack across before I could find someone to repair it and have to file an insurance claim to replace an entire windshield for a car I just bought. Registers was able to see me and repair my car the same day I called. Bill did the impossible and was able to fill the crack effortlessly and now it is hardly noticeable. These guys are AWESOME. I got a great quote on a new windshield, and they also checked my driver side window as it hasn't been closing all the way. Bill took the time to describe to me how the window's mechanisms worked inside the door, and also showed me a diagram for a visual. He is really knowledgeable and more than happy to share so that I could understand why that window was misbehaving. During that time, my windshield was being replaced and it was like no time at all had passed. These guys are exceptional at what they do, and use top quality materials down to the last detail. My new windshield is sturdy, tight and solid. We also had a great fun conversation that was much like being old friends. This is the place to go, because you're not just walking into a business, you're walking into a place that treats you like family. They care about you, your car, and your experience with them. I am definitely going back when I actually do get my driver window fixed, because I know they'll do it right. Thanks guys!

Disclaimer: My experience is mine, others may experience better or worse... I was able to book an appointment for first thing in the morning for a windshield replacement. I was in and out in about an hour. The owner/operator was cool to talk to. They're a busy place by looking at their schedule and listening to the amount of calls that came in while I was in the waiting area. They seem to have a lot of commercial customers which says to me they're well respected in the business world. In terms of the windshield replacement, so far so good. Got an OEM windshield for less than my insurance deductible. Looks good. Haven't noticed any problems. If the windshield falls out I'll update my review. Hope I never need another Auto Glass replacement but if I do I'd have no problem going back.

Excellent place for glass replacement! I was able to get my back window and driver side mirror replaced in under an hour (they ordered it two weeks before). The window had to set for longer than 1 hour so Bill (the owner) personally drove me home and picked me back up a couple of hours later. When I got back to the shop, Bill walked me to the back and showed me in detail everything they were able to do for my car. They get calls from all over and work with many dealerships throughout the Triangle (probably as a result of their quality). This is a place that really cares about their customers, does great work, and offers some good conversation too. I'll recommend them to anyone I know!

Initially, I was worried about having the windshield replaced in my 2012 RAM. I was worried about the quality of work from some the local autoglass places, especially the big ones like Safelite. Thankfully, I was referred to Registers for their skill and craftsmanship. I could not be happier with the results. Craig put my mind at ease upon arrival and did an excellent job. It was very obvious how skilled he was as he did a great job with confidence. No scratches inside or out... no damage - he cared enough to make sure my truck was protected. It looks as if I never had any work done. I HIGHLY recommend Registers to anyone, especially those who demand the best in the industry.

I've had 2 glass repairs in past year with Registers. The first went very well.. super fast service and quality. My second was more challenging... 2016 Prius rear window. First one had optical issues. Bill then ordered a 2nd one from another supplier. While better, it too was a manufacturer issue and wasn't optically right. I called Bill, he called my insurance company, and was able to get Toyota glass which had no issues. I'm super impressed with Bill and installer Ethan. Very old fashioned and great customer service... they treat people like they would like to be treated. Registers will get 100% of my business in the future. Thanks Bill.. you run a GREAT business!

Look no further for auto glass. Another shop didn't respond to either of my quote requests. Bill responded in minutes and kept responding quickly until we had an appointment scheduled. Bill welcomed me and the family at his shop even showing my son a magic trick. You don't see that level of personal service often. I got a better windshield than was installed at the factory for less than big name auto glass company. If you aren't sold yet consider that Bill is also a military veteran. I'm not one to post positive reviews like this unless a business truly earned it. I couldn't have asked for a better all-around experience and I highly recommend this business.

Bill and his guys are absolutely first rate. Not only was his price lower than that of the company my insurance company wanted me to use, the service and ease of everything couldn't have been better. I started the process by calling Bill Monday morning. He called me back later and got everything set up with my insurance company, got the glass ordered, and had me an appointment for 9am Tuesday. Since I was strapped for time, he even drove me across Raleigh back to my office while the work was being done. I was then back in about three hours to get my truck (actual work didn't take NEAR that long). Definitely go here if you need glass repair!

These guys know how to do a job right. To file a claim, they'll get you on a three-way call so the insurance company gets all their questions answered at once and everyone is on the same page. Their technician has over 30 years of experience, and he keeps his post-op instructions brief and easy to follow. I was impressed by his attention to detail--he put my old oil change sticker in the same place on the windshield and somehow even placed the rear-view mirror so I didn't even have to adjust it. I took my truck in at 10:30 and I was out before 11:15 AM. If you have any doubts about the reviews at Safelite like I did, give these guys a call.
