Consumer beware. We had a crack in the windshield of our van, so I called Raleigh Auto Glass after a quick Google search. They arrived within a few days and replaced the glass. The first time I drove the van, I heard air coming in. I called and they came out to seal it from the outside. Then it rained and water came in from the top of the windshield, so they came and sealed it from the inside. More rain came and more leaking into my van. They came and replaced the windshield again. It rained again and water continued to leak into my van. Thankfully I was able to call my insurance agent at this point to have a different company come out to repair my windshield. He ran a test before starting his work and found a very obvious leak at the top where there was a gap, so he had to replace the windshield. I finally have no leaks. This new company also discovered a large scratch left on the roof of my van by Raleigh Auto Glass. Right around the same time as the initial replacement of the van windshield, we needed a replacement on our other vehicle. So we called them to do it, not knowing all that we were about to go through with the van. They replaced the windshield on this vehicle, but we heard an air leak immediately and soon began experiencing water leaks with the rain. After multiple calls and messages, they came out and sealed it from the inside. But the next time it rained, we still had a noticeable leak.

The initial experience was great. I called and set up an appointment for them to come by my house, and the windshield replacement and recalibration was done in about an hour. The problem began the next day when I began getting an alarm indicator on my dashboard about the forward and lane camera. It cleared on its own the day after, but then a couple weeks later the alarm returned and this time wasn't clearing. I informed Raleigh Auto Glass and the owner did come by to scan it, but claimed it was being caused by the camera in the front bumper and not by the work he'd done, and advised scrubbing it thoroughly. Given the timing of when the alarm started I was skeptical that it was unrelated but gave it a try, and to no surprise that didn't help. I had to take it to the dealership to find that the alarm was actually being generated by the lane collision camera located under the interior rearview mirror, which had been unseated and reinstalled incorrectly, so they had to reseat it properly and do another recalibration to clear the alarm. I've tried getting in touch with the business to get reimbursed for the cost of the problem that they clearly caused, but have had no response for weeks. So the windshield replacement ended up costing me nearly double what it should have due to this place's shoddy work and inability to correct it themselves. Probably should've gone with Safelite.

The owners, Ross and Gray, are outstanding service providers with a deep knowledge of their craft and an overall awareness of what "good looks like". I have a 1992 Ford Bronco Custom that required a new windshield asap. I called on a Saturday, they arrived on the following Monday with the replacement. During the replacement Ross called out areas of rust that should be fixed before installing the new glass. Instead of putting the new glass in and calling it good. Ross took the time to advise me on the absolute potential for a leak to occur after installation if the rust was not removed first and fresh metal primed for installation. In the end, Raleigh Auto Glass saved me so much time, money and effort just by knowing "what good looks like" as well as standing behind their level of quality!

Wouldn’t you know it??? I have my brand new car less than a week when you get that dreaded crack in the windshield. I called around and got a good discount using my insurance with Raleigh Auto Glass. Gray assisted me with making a claim with my insurance. It was easy to schedule. They came out to me. Did a thorough job and kept things clean. Done in an hour. Another company wanted to keep my car for 8 hrs! Took care of the insurance. Car looks new and complete again and the ADAs all calibrated, no issues that I’ve observed. Failed twice at properly installing a new window for the passenger side on my Mustang. I set up two revisits with them but instead of giving me an estimated time of arrival, they arrived whenever they felt like it and were surprised when I wasn’t present. When I attempted to contact them after multiple failures to arrive at a designated hour, they dodged calls, emails, etc. They provide novice work and are irresponsible in their scheduling.

Ross and Gray are the best at what they do. I have new car that had a scratch on the inside of the windshield that could not be repaired and cringed after hearing the windshield would have to be replaced. These guys came to my house and took care of the situation beyond what I expected without any hiccups. They were very thorough and guarantee they work! Well done guys!!!

I have used Raleigh auto glass 2 times personally in the last three years. I was very happy with the price and the customer service! both windows or fixed in my driveway at my home! How convenient and easy that was! I also have recommended them to my family members since it's much cheaper than to report to your insurance company when you need glass replacement!

I just had to go on and make a review because it seems in today’s times, finding a company that actually cares and does as they commit is impossible. I called these guys. They answered right away gave me a fair price put me on the schedule. Were there on time and did a quality job! Can ask for anything more. Thank you I found a new glass company!

Very friendly, showed up on time, explained everything very well. They stand by their work 110%! There was an issue with the glue they used on their first trip out, they came back out very quickly, redid the job to make sure it was done right at no cost. If i ever have any issues in the future, I'll be sure to use them again.
