Beyond fantastic small business! I did not get the names of the employees that came out and did the work, but they are some of the most professional, kind, and detail oriented individuals you will ever meet. On-time, very communicative, and extremely high quality level in their work. They did a full windshield replacement in my 2013 Toyota Camry. Prices are substantially lower than Safelite or the big companies, as well as no extraneous charge for them coming to your location like Safelite. You will not be disappointed! Do not ever use Safelite again or one of the other big companies. Please see all the other reviews, as they are completely true. I will NEVER use another service for auto glass other than Howard's Auto Glass!

My truck developed a leak on the rear window. I emailed Howards the check if they do remove and replace (to reseal) and I was glad they do, so we scheduled for late morning. The guys were here as scheduled and went right onto work. In less than two hours the window was removed, cleaned and reset. Very professional work done and a very reasonable price. Everything about my experience was great. I filled out for a quote online & received a prompt response. I was given a very reasonable quote & they scheduled me right away. Used their website to schedule a Saturday appt for my daughters SUV. Emailed to verify appointment and received a reply stating their earliest appt. was Tuesday June 10th 10-12p. I stated ok, why did the website allow me to make the appt? But wanted the Tuesday June 10th appt to get this done (from home). Tried calling several times today, no one answered the phone.... sent email asking to verify today's appointment was still happening... no answer! Thanks for wasting my time!
