Caliber Auto Glass

The office set a 4 hour window of 8-12pm. After 12 I called and was assured they would call me shortly to give an estimated arrival and no call. Called back in 1 hour 20 minutes and was assured the manager was aware and would call back shortly and still no call. Finally received a call from technician at about 4 and said they would Be here in about 30 minutes. Wasted my work day and had to postpone my customers service calls. Technician had no idea that my window for service was 8-12. Definitely going some place else next time.

No one wants a chip in their windshield. When mine happened it was the first time ever so I called my insurance company who put me in touch with someone who they have handle all their glass issues. I could choose between one or two mobile companies, but I went with Calliber. They sent me an email right away and I got a call right away. I got a text the day before letting me know, and confirming that someone would be calling for my appointment on my schedule day, which happened to be a few days after I initially called and provided the claim. Scott gave me a call first thing in the morning, let me know he was on his way and was gonna be about 20 minutes. We met in the driveway and he fixed that stone chip right up! Scott repaired my windshield expertly and made sure it was as perfect as it could be. He was kind he was friendly. He was knowledgeable and he was good at what he does. I appreciate it that Calliber had this mobile service as I am not close to a big city and I stay at home and leaving the kids just didn’t seem like a good idea. I’m thankful the Calliber for having the mobile service and for coming and repairing my stone chip in my windshield. I highly recommend them.

So after 30 days I finally received my windshield install. The technician was great, knew what he was doing and was 100% professional. The office and the company are terrible. They arrived the first time after 10 days and tried to install a non tinted cheap Chinese knockoff windshield in my premium luxury Cadillac CTS. I wasn’t having it. Caliber tried to argue with me and wanted me to pay a surcharge for an original replacement but I stood my ground and contacted my insurance company and insisted. It took over 30 days to get a windshield installed after numerous phone calls, not returned, and Caliber people not doing what they said they would do. I would not recommend Caliber Auto Glass to anyone and I wonder what they are charging the insurance companies for the cheapest Chinese windshield they provide instead of what came in the vehicle. I give Caliber the lowest rating.

Technician was very knowledgeable and worked efficiently taking out and replacing cracked windshield with a new one. I am happy with the results. I highly recommend Caliber Auto Glass! We had to reschedule due to a storm coming in and they were able to get me in the next day. Technician was friendly and explained the process as well as what I needed to know after replacing the windshield.

When we first relocated to NC, we had glad replacement through another company. It was raining and they let a mess of broken glass under our carport. We actually had a sports car and truck done at same time. I felt the father son duo who came out from Caliber were knowledgeable, professional, and their work did not disappoint. The scheduling process and experience was exceptional as well.

I got a chip on my windshield on my way to Emerald Isle from Ohio. I contacted my insurance on Sunday, who referred me to Caliber. Caliber called me about an hour or so later, on a Sunday! They set up the appointment for Monday. The tech communicated via text to keep me updated. They came to my condo, and made the repair. The tech was very friendly. I would 100% use them again.

Great work and quick timing. The car windshield was damaged and the crack was expanding due to the hot temperature. The tech came on time and , diligently, removed and installed the new windshield with the help of another person. The car looks great with no issues after replacing. I will recommend Caliber to all of my friends and family for their quality work .

My 1st experience wasn't exactly right. I called their office and they handled everything amazingly. My technician today was Jason. He was so cordial, information, and just put my mind at ease and assured me things would be handled exactly as they should be. He was so efficient that his job was completed within 30 minutes. I highly recommend Caliber to handle your auto glass replacement needs. The customer service team is prompt and you know that your appt is booked along with a follow up the day before the mobile technician arrived as expected. The tech, Scott, was very professional and exhibited his skills and efficiency during the windshield replacement.

Got the glass replaced on my 2013 Tacoma. After a bunch of research, I decided to go with Caliber because they said they use OEM quality glass the same as the dealer. The price was very competitive, and the service technician was experienced. The windshield is perfectly aligned. The truck is clean and it looks great!
