Black Label Auto Glass - Mobile Windshield Replacement and Repair

I rarely make time to leave a review, but working with Anthony and Ethan was so much more than just a "satisfactory" experience. Both of these gentleman are honest, professional, and place their customers best interest in the forefront. Called and got an appointment booked within days, Ethan came on site and replaced my windshield while I was at work, and charged me about half of what any other company was quoting, and that price was quoted for my vehicle to be dropped off at their facility for repair. Black Label Went above and beyond for me, and i would highly recommend their services for anyone in the area, who are in need and wants a fair price for a professional job done, while working with the best of people! Incredibly professional team. As a small (family) business they go out of their way to provide the level of customer service you just don’t see from bigger establishments. They worked with us and our car insurance to make the process completely seamless. I would use them again and wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone in need of any type of glass work or repairs. I want to make special mention of the fact that not only did we need a windshield replaced but we needed a recalibration done to make sure safety features (such as lane assist) were still operational. All was handled in the same visit and they came to us!

I am just amazed by the level of professionalism, attention to detail, and service. I will never need another glass company now that I have worked with this one. Black Label Auto Glass is number one in my book and nothing could change that. Anthony and Ethan are incredibly friendly and professional and the epitome of hardworking. I could go on and on, but you get the point here. If you're in the Raleigh area and you need glass work.... there's no reason to call anyone else first. Possibly anywhere in north carolina, but i'm not sure. If you're looking for an honest company, this is it.

Ethan was fantastic. I had time so I sat outside and watched while he worked to replace my front windshield. He was fast, thorough, and very specific about his actions to protect the paint, dash, etc. It was $50 less than the other estimates I was given. I called in the afternoon and he was able to squeeze me in within 24 hours. He comes to you, so no need to sit at the dealership and wait. He even has extra tools with him so he can keep going even if one breaks. I absolutely recommend him!

Outstanding service. Ethan replaced our windshield after it cracked and was responsive, efficient, careful, and completely earnest. On top of that he even came back out two months later for a follow-up look when a sensor wasn't working (for what turned out to be unrelated reasons) without hesitation. Highly recommend this company for professional, high-quality, and affordable work. I had a crack in my windshield that I wanted fixed, but I didn't want the hassle and inconvenience of taking it to a service center. Our minivan had a broken window from a mowing accident (mower met rock and rock met window). My husband called around to over 30 places. I contacted one. Best decision ever! These guys were able to get us scheduled fast! The customer service was out of this world. They came to our home, replaced the glass, cleaned the broken glass from the inside and even got it out of our driveway. I am so grateful. Amazing company!

Please utilize this company, after waiting 4 weeks for a call back from another provider, Ethan was able to transfer my claim and schedule installation in less than 24 hours.
