Let the before and after pictures below speak for themselves! Absolutely terrible experience with Arrow Auto Glass—twice! My insurance company recommended Arrow from their preapproved list. Arrow came out to my home for a simple, dime sized chip repair, which the tech gave me the impression that this was a straightforward, textbook repair. This quickly turned into a botched job resulting in a substantial crack in my factory OEM windshield. At no point was it mentioned prior to starting work that the process of performing the repair might cause a large crack, nor did i sign or see any waiver of liability. When I escalated the issue of the damage Arrow created, the customer service team and management at Auto Glass refused to take responsibility, stating that "all repairs carry a risk of failure or further damage" and that I would be responsible for replacing the windshield myself. That would have been good to know before the tech cracked my windshield! What makes this even worse? This is the second time this has happened to me with Arrow Auto Glass—on two different vehicles, with the same technician. I have never had any issues with any chip/crack repairs causing more damage in the past with other glass repair companies. To prove their incompetence, I had another company come out the next week. They not only repaired the original chip but also fixed the additional damage that Arrow Auto Glass caused. No issues at all. Avoid this place at all costs. If you care about your vehicle, take it somewhere else.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE AND UNRELIABLE!!!!!!!! For three weeks I tried to get my windshield replaced with this business. For three consecutive weeks I moved around my plans around and each week they did not call or notify me in any way that they did not plan to complete the job. After wasting nearly a month with this unreliable company, I will never again use or recommend this business. So unprofessional! I would choose ZERO stars if that was an option!

Derek with Arrow did a great job our windshield for a company vehicle but more importantly his communication puts him above the rest. I knew before he was arriving, when he was arriving and when he was finished! He even took the time to remove a neighborhood decal from my old windshield and install it on the new windshield. Showed up at 4 for a 230 appointment then had the wrong window said it was too late to come back it would be Tuesday or Wednesday he couldn't see schedule. The wrong window was sent I could understand, him laughing made me upset but their mistake I should had been put on schedule for Tuesday not be put off. I need the car hard to drive with passenger window busted out from a robbery.

I just had a tech come out and replace my broken windshield in my driveway. They worked with my insurance seamlessly and fixed the car in no time. The windshield makes the car brand new and I am a very satisfied customer.PositiveQuality, Professionalism, Value

Calls at 9 am to tell me they are running late and will be at my house at 4. No show. Calls me at 5:20 and says he can be here in 30 minutes... except by now I’m having to take my son somewhere. They can’t come back until 4/3. Nope. Canceling. Service sucks
