I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent service I received at your establishment and to seek a resolution. On December 10, 2023, I contacted your company and scheduled a windshield replacement for my 2008 Honda Civic Sedan, providing the VIN number as requested. The initial appointment on December 17 did not go smoothly, as the wrong windshield was installed, leading to a subsequent issue with water leakage. Despite addressing the problem with your manager, MJ, and receiving a 20% discount and a full interior detailing as compensation, the second replacement on December 27 failed to resolve the issue. Following a storm on January 9, 2024, I discovered water leakage again, prompting me to return to your facility on January 10. MJ's response was unprofessional, and she insisted on another inspection by a technician before considering a refund. In light of the ongoing issues and the discomfort caused during my interactions with MJ, I sought a resolution elsewhere and successfully had my windshield replaced without further leaks. For your reference, I have documented my interactions with MJ, and you can find the recording on YouTube here: https://youtu.be/CviJNHdELdQ I appreciate the efforts of your technicians and receptionists, who demonstrated excellent customer service throughout this process. However, the managerial conduct and repeated issues with the windshield replacement have left me with a negative impression of Auto Glass Now. I kindly request a refund for the inconvenience and stress caused by this ordeal. I trust you will address this matter promptly and uphold the standards of professionalism and quality service that your company aims to provide. Thank you in advance for your attention to this matter. I will be contacting corporate’s email as well regarding this matter. Images of the incidents attached.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS ESTABLISHMENT. We went to get the exterior molding replaced...got a printed quote...dropped the car off...when my husband arrived to pick up the car...they replaced a perfectly GOOD WINDSHIELD! WE DIDN'T NEED THAT. IT NOT PART OF THE ESTIMATE, NOR NEEDED. My husband realized the molding was NOT replaced, but the WINDSHIELD was?! We've called numerous times in September, October and he's gone there in personally 3+ times since October, November and December...every time... it's new management, it's a new person and the outcome is... "Oh we're cutting a check at corporate", "oh, it takes time," "oh, it's the holidays, just wait a few days." We're still waiting... The lack of integrity at this place is outstanding. You should be ashamed. Initially, on the day of service, when you realized you made the mistake, there was a verbal agreement of the office manager and my husband of reimbursement of our $$$ and we were to buy the molding from Honda and pay to have you install it...CORRECTLY. But, that never happened. SHAME. DON'T GO HERE.

Just got a new windshield installed yesterday. Everything was predictable with no surprises. Saved me about $80 over the competition. Don’t wanna name the competition but if you watch TV, you have probably seen them. What I appreciate about auto glass now from my one experience is no last minute hidden fees… The other place wanted to sing me with a last-minute undeclared $50 charge for recycling my old windshield which they made no mention of until I had gone through the trouble of booking an appointment online. There was nothing like that with auto glass now. Windshields are expensive now. I guess it depends on the vehicle but when I first started driving, I could get a windshield for 200 bucks and I imagine some of them are still 200 bucks if you’re lucky but mine was slightly over 400 and would’ve been 500 if I had gone with the competition. So I highly recommend auto glass now.

My father went today to get the glass repaired on my car. An appointment was made earlier this week for 10am, at his arrival they told him it would be a 3 hour wait before any service could be done to the car due to them being understaffed. After 2 hours of waiting he was informed that they ordered the wrong windshield even though a VIN was provided prior to appointment, and his best bet was to go to Greensboro to get it finished and he left without receiving a new windshield. In their defense they were apologetic but a simple check at the beginning of the appointment would have been more professional.

Had an appointment, went the first day and they told me that the calibration equipment they needed was out on the mobile unit and the couldn’t calibrate the sensors. Rescheduled for the next day and went for appointment 2, the windshield had “damaged heat sensor wires”, they had to order another. Rescheduled for the next day, went back for appointment 3, the new glass also had damaged wiring. I do not make an appointment 4. Horrible service, missed time at work 3 days and still couldn’t get it right. Would never recommend this company, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Went to have my windshield replaced. Seemed alot of the staff were not trained and were more concerned with getting it done as fast as possible rather than making sure it was done right. My rear view mirror (with auto lamp switch) was not reconnected or attached to the near windshield. I went back to have it fixed and ended up having to use some gorilla glue tape I had in my center console to stick it back to the windshield. Windshield molding also very shotty. It leaks when it rains now. If you want speed rather than quality I recommend. If you want it done right, I would not.

I used Auto Glass Now to replace a windshield on my Honda a few weeks ago and had a very good experience. Scheduling over the phone was easy and they had my specific windshield already in stock. The techs showed up during expected window of arrival, they were professional, friendly and service was pretty fast. They even vacuumed glass out of my carpet. It’s been a couple weeks now and the windshield is doing great with no issues. I would definitely recommend this place to others and will be a return customer for all my other glass needs.

Deceptive pricing. When I made my appointment, they told me it would cost $89. When they rang me up at the shop, they charged $139, which is quite a lot for filling one chip in the windshield smaller than a quarter. When I mentioned that this was not the rate I’d been promised, they just said they had no notes of there being a lower rate and charged me the full $139. I could have spent less if I’d paid for SafeLite to come out to my house and fix it. The $89 rate was the whole reason I drove out to AGN, which I will not be doing again.

Amazing work. Knowledgeable. Altruistic in meeting my emergency need. I Never expected a road trip would include an exciting tale of a huge distressed bird running into my windshield after ricocheting off an 18 wheeler. Then comes the rain!!! This repair went from Tuesday to “we’ll see you at 10:30a. One hour later and I’m back on the road ready to prepare for my event. You all have been a life saver and I pray blessings over your business. there is no way I could have driven back to Atlanta like this. Many Thanks!

Great quick professional work performed on installation of my front windshield. Only thing that wasn’t a good experience was the gentleman that was upfront, whom he said he was the manager. He was knowledgeable but his ATTITUDE and DEMEANOR was very unpleasant. Which UNFORTUNATELY, is what I remember the most outside of the great job the installer did on replacing my front windshield.
