I WOULD STRONGLY ADVISE BOOKING AWAY FROM THIS SAFELITE LOCATION IF YOU NEED DEPENDABLE SERVICE. Read on to know why. I was scheduled through USAA’s Safelight desk to have an unrepairable windshield replaced via mobile service on Saturday, 11 Oct between 12pm-5pm. I waited,, and waited,, and waited all day. THERE WAS NO COMMUNICATION WHATSOEVER FROM THIS OFFICE OR THE ASSIGNED TECH all day. I called the USAA Safelight special desk at 4:45pm to verify installer was still coming. Ten minutes later the installer calls and tells me he won’t be able to honor the appointment. No explanation or reasons given. He promised he would “try and make my missed install a priority for a Monday morning install”. One hour later I get a text from him stating there were no appointments available on Monday,,, and the next earliest appointment would be on Wednesday,15 Oct! (I knew this was in error because I checked the app after he cancelled and saw several appointments open on Tuesday). I have opened a complaint with Safelite customer care and will update this review after they contact me. MEANWHILE, I REPEAT, I WOULD STRONGLY ADVISE BOOKING AWAY FROM THIS SAFELITE LOCATION IF YOU NEED DEPENDABLE SERVICE.

The absolute WORST Safelite location in America. PLEASE DO NOT SCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT HERE. I’ve been dealing with them since July/2025 and it’s October/2025 and my windshield is still not fixed. Every appointment I’ve had it was always something wrong with the windshield that they received. The first windshield that came in was cracked. The second windshield that came in had a deep scratch on it in the middle of it. The third windshield that came in was the wrong windshield (they claimed it did have the right sensor on it). The fourth windshield that came in the sensor was completely crooked. I give up working with them. This Safelite location was very nice inside and clean and the waiting area roomy with a television and refreshments and bathroom. Very nice setup. All of the staff that I dealt with were friendly, professional, and pleasant. The only reason I gave four stars instead of five is because the windshield recalibration did not work on my first appointment, so I had to wait a week and come back for the windshield to be replaced and recalibrated again. Therefore, this was a two appointment visit before the problem was resolved and of course that's a bit inconvenient since the facility us so far away from my house.

I had a great experience with Safelite! After my vehicle was broken into on June 19 and both a front and rear window were shattered, I was able to make an appointment that same day. I brought my car to their service location on June 20, and they completed the repairs that day—less than 24 hours after the incident. The staff at the shop were professional, efficient, and very understanding. The repair work was excellent—my windows look and function like new again. I truly appreciated the quick turnaround and the smooth, hassle-free process. Highly recommend Safelite for fast and reliable auto glass repair!

Avoid this scammy location. Was referred here by USAA to repair a chipped windshield. Answered screening questions on the Safelite website to confirm it could be repaired and made an appointment a week out. The afternoon before the appointment the shop called to say it couldn’t be repaired and would have to be replaced, sight unseen. Called Safelite customer service who said that if the damage could be covered by a dollar bill it should be repairable. Seems like the shop would rather replace the windshield than repair it. Switched my appointment to another location.

Ultimately, I did not go with Safelite because talking to them on the phone I learned that they wouldn't commit to successfully programming the anti-collision system and admitted they may not be able to do it properly without charging me more money than my insurance was willing to pay. They were very anti-commitmental and wordy about making sure they would have no liability. They wouldn't make an appointment where I could wait. They would only allow me to drop my vehicle off. Mike texted me before my appointment about a potential timing inconvenience with the windshield repair. Meaning they would have to start on my car 2.5 hours later. And turned out they got it done before my expected time. Drop off was smooth, quick and professional. I made an appointment online to get my windshield repaired. They were able to get me in same day. The front desk was super nice and helpful. They had my windshield repaired in just over an hour. This is a transaction based company. They don’t see people. Only numbers. While their products are Ok, their service is terrible and honesty is merely an inconvenience amongst these people. They are very arrogant and big headed as they have become such a huge company. They are trained to get you in and get you processed then they stop caring.
